I had a standard room facing an internal courtyard . The bed was very comfortable and I had a good sized and perfectly functioning bathroom. The room was spotless and had all the features I expect of a hotel of this class. When I went to breakfast or the bar area I could admire the beautiful river view. The location was superb for walking around this fascinating city with its turbulent history to absorb. I found the breakfast to provide a good range of options. The only negative for me was that the pool area was very small (as was the changing area) and there were I thought too many people using it from a COVID perspective, although a slot had to be pre booked. It was a small issue for me and I felt that I had excellent value for money and experienced a high level of comfort during my stay.

I’ve been coming to Gdańsk for the past 12 years, and this is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in this wonderful city. The room was fantastic and spacious with a super view. The staff across all areas of the hotel were very professional and multi-lingual. The location is excellent to explore the city & surrounds also. Plus the breakfast buffet is outstanding!

The reception welcomes you with its amberstone design! The staff were very friendly and service minded during the whole stay, the room was spacious and nice, and breakfast was very good! We had a really good time, but they miss one "star" because of 2 (3) things. - The wellness area were not relaxing as there were lots of kids playing In the water. It should have been 18 years limit at least some part of the day, so those who wanted to actually relax could do so. we spent 10 here, and cancelled our booking the next day. The second is the waitress at the bar. They were very slowly, not very service minded, did not see/help us even though we stood right in front of them in the bar (took 20 min!). They have something to learn from the receptionists.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to Gdańsk. The lobby as you enter is a touch of class, pure luxury. The welcome at reception on arrival after midnight was so warm and really efficient . Our room was immaculately cleaned. The spa and pool area was a real treat. I couldn’t recommend it more

Loved the location and the rooms, but the breakfast buffet was the worst they had. The warm food was cold and the drinks were warm. We decided to eat out the next day. We tried again today and it was slightly better, but they don’t have so many options, I would skip the breakfast here and eat out instead.
