Very clean and well equipped room. Small but perfectly fine. Very well located for all major sights. We arrived late in the evening and were very satisfied. Breakfast was fine and catered for all tastes. Having done a virtual tour of the hotel I was delighted to see a kettle but not so thrilled that the meagre sachets of tea...

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with other travelers. Good to hear that you took advantage of our luggage room which is available free of charge for all the guests 24 hours a day. Taking into consideration the attractive prices of accommodation in a top 4* hotel, we do not have mini-bar and coffee/tea complimentary; however, anyone can...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on our first visit to Prague. We found it to be a very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had 1 problem whilst staying here, and this was rectified almost immediately. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but we didn't find that we where put off...

We stayed for three nights our first trip to this beautiful city. We found the hotel to be the perfect mix of customer service and anonymity. We felt warmly welcomed and looked after but able to do our own thing. Location was an easy walk to all the major sights with the bonus of many interesting side routes on the...

Dear Theresa, I am glad that some guests do realize what the differences between smaller local hotels and big famous chains are and that based on that comparison, they choose to stay in a local hotel. It is definitely not only about the huge price difference and the culture, but one definitely gets much more personal services and feeling of...

The hotel is located quite near to the train station, the room and the bathroom is quite nice, however, the room size is a bit too small that I can't find a right place to fully open my luggage. The free breakfast is excellent and the servers are very nice, with the price offered I would still recommend this hotel.
