Visited at the end the end of January , my travel agent recommended this hotel, he said it was a central location and he was correct. Being a solo female traveler I like to be in a central location. My room was spacious and clean, staff were helpful too. The hotel is central and the metro is close by for the link too/from airport. I never ate in the hotel, breakfast cost €15 ! I found Prague to be expensive and was glad I was on my own as it would be a costly trip for a family. Walk to the bottom of the street ( past Rockys bar) it's an easier way route than google maps for the museum and metro. The small Italian restaurant/deli is very good
Don't let the fact that it's not in the old city drive you off this one. Prague is really easy to go around by tram, once you get the hang of it. Super clean room and bathroom, airconditionimg available, beautiful soft beds, wonderful breakfast, very polite staff at a reasonable price.
Nice hotel, cery well located to go the old Town city center. The price is vary fair and the breakfast is really good. The staff is very nice and very kind. The zone is very safety. The beds are good and the temperature of the room also. The bathroom have everything we need.
We stayed here for 3 nights in the end of January. The hotel is nice, classy but well conserved. Is close to the main touristic attractions and has around plenty of shops/restaurants. Tram station is at about 5’ walk. Indoor parking is available, but costs 30€/day. There is a little Spa center but everything is charged, even the saunas. There are no slippers nor robes in the room. The centralised AC system in rooms is not very good as it was warm, especially for our little guy. But the AC was very noisy. Breakfast buffet was good, full with everything you want, even with prosecco. Also you receive a welcome dinner voucher which offers you 50% discount for a dinner served in Atrium restaurant. Food is nice, you can try.
Spotless hotel. Friendly staff. Room very spacious with large double bed and immaculate bathroom. Shower wonderful. Tv in room but only a couple of English channels. Breakfast had loads of choices from hot food sausage, bacon eggs in various forms, tomatoes, potatoes etc Cold meats and cheeses, danish pastries, lots of fresh fruit and dried fruit and nuts and yogurt. Plenty of hot drinks various coffees, teas and hot chocolate and several fruit juices. Bar was a little under stocked, not much choice. Would recommend.
The hotel experience was first class from start to finish. The welcome was professional, friendly and informative...and quick, as was departure. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, warm and nicely decorated and the maids did a fantastic job of servicing the rooms daily. Breakfast times are excellent, running from 7am until 11am, giving us the chance the have a lie-in on the odd day, which was useful considering we were celebrating my 50th! Breakfast was nice and relaxed, although the staff were a little too keen to clear plates and cutlery... Every member of staff we met was friendly and courteous. I cannot praise the hotel or staff enough. We will definitely be returning!
we stayed at the Majestic Plaza in the first week of January as a Birthday treat for my wife. Hotel is spot on for exploring Prague. Very Central and close to St Wenceslas Square with lots of shops restaurants , bars etc. Christmas Markets were still on going up to the 6th of January. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Reception Staff very helpful and will book trips for you. Very pleasant small bar area. Breakfast Buffet was lovely with plenty of choice. Bedroom was very spacious and maid service was every day. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when going back. Would Highly recommend.
We had a wonder time in Prague made all that more special as it was over Christmas time and our stay in a most Charming hotel. Very clean. Lovely rooms. Staff friendly. Great location .Would highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed twice …in Dec pre Xmas and after New Year 2023 First stay was good accommodated 3 of us in one room which fitted all our needs, breakfast included and was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Second stay staff not friendly until last day when one of the previous staff was rostered on,I think her name was Lucie with long dark hair (not 100%).The guy who came to help with our luggage just looked while we transferred it and he had dreadful body odour. We had no breakfast included this time even though we payed the same amount for both stays. The atmosphere wasn’t there in Jan. It was very well located to Wensaceles Square and handy to cafes, shops, restaurants etc. Would return to the Majestic
This is the second visit to the Majestic Plaza Hotel in Prague. Fast check in, spotlessly clean rooms. Good selection of food for breakfast. Nothing is to much to ask, lovely staff. I would recommend this hotel 100%
