I have just returned for this hotel, we stayed 4 nights and the room, the food and staff where excellent could not ask for any more 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to do, even organised taxi to and from airport.

Hi. There was always someone on the reception desk during our stay. To be safe I would still contact the hotel direct to let them know just in case. The time might be helpful. Regards
