Very well located, near Wenceslas Sq, excellent breakfast, kind staff. I recommend the location for a city break in Prague. However, for a hotel rated with 4 stars, you would expect to find slippers in the room.

Hi. There was always someone on the reception desk during our stay. To be safe I would still contact the hotel direct to let them know just in case. The time might be helpful. Regards
