The room was really spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge, almost the size of the room! Great selection of breakfast. Very polite staff, from reception to cleaning lady! Very quiet room, even though there were some public works outside!

Stayed for 2 nights, overall a nice hotel with a good location and nice room. Only a few minutes walk to the station as well as various attractions such as the old town, which is nice. Room was nice and spacious, double bed had 2 blankets to prevent unnecessary fights over blankets. Shower was nice except the water jet was...

We arrived at the hotel mid afternoon after having problems with our airport transfers. We had booked a superior double room. We were met at the reception with a pleasant member of staff and booked in. When we got to the room it was very small, hardly any room to move around the bed. When you look at the details...

A nice hotel & people there provided a very good service. It was surprised me that the staff can addressed my name upon my arrival. As my visit during the new year eve, it was surprised me again that the hotel provided hot soup @ the lobby in the mid night & placed a bottle of sparkling wine in the...

This hotel couldn't be better situated for visiting the Christmas Markets in Prague, or other sites if you are not visiting for the Markets. The hotel is situated a few blocks from the main train station, Hlavni Nadrazi and was an easy walk of about 10 minutes. It is also a couple of blocks from Wensceslas Square as well as...

The room is super spacious and everything is tidy and neat. THe free breakfast is the highlight of the stay given the wide variety of food to choose from and the great quality that comes with it (comparing to other hotel breakfast). Everything is decent and the location is quite good with two nearby metro stations.

The hotel is right in the heart of the new town, with a ten minute walk into the old town square. The staff were very friendly, helpful and their English was good. Unfortunately the gym wasn't as described and I had to find another gym in town. The staff helped me to find one and redeemed themselves, as this hotel...

Great hotel in a good location for visiting the city. Rooms are clean, well furnished, and the beds are comfy. Unfortunately our air con wasn't working and our room got very hot, even in December we had to open the window. The hot breakfast is great and kept us sight seeing all day! We used the fitness room, but it...

Nice hotel just a short walk from all the sites in Prague. This hotel puts you a 1 minute walk to Wenceslas Square and about a 10 minute walk to Old Town Square. Metro and trams are very close. Rooms are in great shape and fairly updated. Beds are comfortable and all bathroom amenities were great. Staff is very knowledgeable...

A not too large Hotel which made an effort for the start of Advent. Small touches, but they counted. My room was adequate and the bathroom spacious, thought the lighting could have been better. The disappearing towels were interesting. I started with four and on the last day of my stay there were only two, though I wished for a...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
