Excellent service, superb central location and lots of nice freebies in the room. The hotel is quite a boutique hotel and the apartment style rooms are huge and well-appointed. Very good value. And a splendid breakfast on top!

This hotel is not nearly as bad as others have described. Service was spotty for sure, but the hotel itself was very nice, fabulous location, walking distance to everything. Room was nicely furnished, but insufficient lighting. Quiet Internet did not work in rooms---frustrating, but was available in the lobby, and they did come to our room to try and fix...

Would absolutely not stay here again. We paid over $200.00 per night (that's very expensive for Prague) for three nights. Consider that the brand new Crowne Plaza in the same area was $15.00 a night less expensive. In exchange we got a very pretty room with the worst service that I have ever encountered. By bad service. I don't mean...

Stayed in Hotel Thalia for 3 nights on a short trip to Prague. Hotel claims to be 5 star but is certainly not. I would say low 4 star. Rooms are nice and modern looking. No amenities normal to other hotels like no Iron and Ironing board and when I say NO I mean the hotel does not even have...

We had booked this hotel directely the rate was great .Location is very good. The breakfast is croud and under staffed if something is missing (plates of glasses) you are better off using the ones from yours friends because even asking the waither you won`t get them. When we arrived we had the worst service EVER. The reception staff it...

Location. Very well located, walking distance to everything. Pictures I have seen are accurate and not "prettied up" Service. Either a perfect score or a flunking score. Lenka, the lady who checked us in ,was great. She was happy to help with everything from restaurant recommendations, changing money and booking the CEDAZ airport shuttle. Unfortunately, she was the one person...

We stayed at this hotel, and at first it looked to be a good stay, and im sure it would be if there had been no need for service. Unfortunately the announced WiFi connection didn't work, and after telling them early the same day we checked in we had the hopes that it would be fixed. However the next morning...

We arrived by train from Berlin & found this hotel so much nicer than our previous one in Berlin. More personal. We were in room 403. It was out the front but there was cool velux windows with electric blinds & they blocked out a lot of the noise. The trams went most of the night but they never bothered...

My main worry was that this would not be central, but it is. Maps of Prague give the impression that it is a larger city than it is. We walked everywhere. It's true that it is on the south edge of the most touristy part, on a busy street. The room was smallish but nice. We were immediately assailed by...

The room was comfortable, and the styling is superb in the hotel. Its locaition is also excellent..however I felt that some service issues let the hotel down. Reception were generally ok..don't ask for an iron though...very frustrating as they wont give you one, and there are none in the rooms.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
