Friendly and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Most of Prague's attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are a little bit small but comfortable. This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay in Prague and I highly recommend it..

Not too bad. Passed through Prague and stayed over for two days. The single rooms are just big enough to be functional. Once bags are unpacked room becomes congested. A walking distance away from the impressive Palladium Mall.

I can recommend this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Small rooms, but with all you need. Near city centre. Near metro station I.P.Pavlova. There is very small traffic near hotel and low noise.

Nice, clean hotel. Everything looks decent with some minor things like some broken tiles in the bathroom and analog television. The room we got was a little noisy, although we heard nothing from outside. This hotel looks like a good choice if you want to stay in Prague.

Spent a week there just 5 minutes away from Charles Square and 10 Wenceslas Square. 20 minutes from Charles Bridge and Old town square. Rooms are comfortable and Breakfast and Dinner were good. Downside is that hotel is small with a small lobby and breakfast room

We found the hotel, fairly modern, clean and organised, the rooms were nice. The Breakfast buffet was good, and in a nice spot. You can walk to most places around Prague and we found it a good base. All in all, a good hotel at a good price in a good area!

This was a package with Imagine Cruises, it started with a stay in Prague at a 4 star Hotel. Alas we were diverted from the 4 Star Ramada to the Crystal palace which is no more than a 2/3 Star hotel. We travelled independently from the airport and when our taxi pulled up at the entrance, in a cobbled side...

Good hotel and rooms clean. Breakfast is also very good and has a lot of variety. It is walking distance to major tourist places. Staff helpful. Shops and restaurants a few streets away. Area is quiet but feels safe.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
