What a scam. Poor quality linen--2 little cheap blankets that don't fully cover your body. Tiny room, old, squeaky bed. seems like a bait and switch operation--room is nothing like what they show in the trip ad visor photo. I've stayed in Prague many times and there are much nicer hotels than this. On the plus, the location is good...

My fiance and I stayed at the Grandior Hotel for 6 nights and it was wonderful! Some of the pros for this hotel: 1. Rooms are very spacious 2. Shower in the bathroom is amazing! 3. Conveniently located - we walked everywhere! However if you do need to go out of Prague 1 there is a bus stop right in...

This is a deceptively large hotel tucked away on a main road with very good tram, bus and metro links. We requested a quiet room facing away from the main road (which they did) but unfortunately, there was a party on our first night (with live music) and they had opened all the windows so all the noise went straight...

Myself and my partner stayed at the Grandior Hotel for a three day break in mid December 2016. The Grandior proved an excellent choice of hotel for our stay. We had already arranged through the hotel to collect us from the airport. The driver met us in arrivals as soon as we got there. The journey time to the hotel...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
