We stayed at this hotel in the beautiful city of Prague as part of our river cruise tour package. The Grandior is a delightful hotel and loved our spacious, clean room with a king size comfy bed. Great bathroom with the added comfort of heated flooring, a bath with overhead shower and an assortment of toiletries including Loccitaine shampoo and...

The room was modern clean and warm, usual things you would expect in a hotel of this standard included, bathrobes, slippers, shoe shine, sewing kit and Luxury toiletries etc. Breakfast was vast and very well presented with...

We travelled from the airport by public transport and travelled back to the airport the same way its costs equivalent to £1 per person each way and takes around...

Coming from a career in a 5* hotel I could be a-bit picky on details, however I do have to say this is a great hotel and I would gladly recommend it. The hotel is modern, spacious and a 10 minute walk to the main square with the Astronomical clock. Even though we booked the smallest room it was very...

This was our first time to stay at the Grandior Hotel. The hotel entrance land lobby looks a bit dodgy and not that impressive. Don't let that deter you. The rooms, service and buffet breakfast were all excellent. We rented the suit for 6 days and had consistent service throughout. The hotel is also very convenient to local attractions by...

Lovely 5* stay at the grandior. Great sized bedroom and en suite, very comfy bed, nice and quiet. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection of cereal, fruit, cooked breakfasts, choose how you want your eggs freshly cooked in front of you and even more. The pianist was a lovely touch. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. We...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
