Neighbourhood
Malá Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.

It was my second stay at Kampa Garden Hotel this year and again it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are in a modern studio design, light, very clean and comfortable. Healthy breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. For me the location is ideal too. See you next time!

I had a wonderful stay here. Staff were very helpful, location couldn't have been better. Breakfast was included and there was great coffee to get you going. View of the canal was a bonus. Lots of places to eat in the close vicinity.

Excellent location by the river and Charles Bridge and just far enough from the crowds. Were upgraded even though first visit. Pleasantly surprised that we were provided with a packed breakfast when we left at 5am

Kampa Garden is an ideal location, my Mum is 72 and unable to walk great distances but we were close to the major sites, Charles Bridge, Old Town Sq and Castle and she managed to walk to all from the Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a double room, not a Family suite... no robes in the double... I would recommend sending an email enquiry directly to the hotel. ☺

Dear HarveyBoy66, thank you for your question. To get to the hotel from the airport, you need to take a bus number 119, go to Nadrazi Veleslavin station, then take a metro and go to the Malostranska station. it is just 7 minute walk from the metro station to the hotel! Kind regards, Hotel Kampa Garden*** Superior Team

Do you have an elevator?
Yes, but there is a small flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, as is usual in many European buildings.
