The hotel itself is a 4 minute walk to the metro. The hotel rooms were clean, no complaints there. Although no mini fridge which is not a huge deal but it would be nice to put your drinks somewhere. The breakfast was alright, nothing special but filed me up. The weirdest thing about the hotel was that we had to...

I was disappointed with this hotel, luckily I stayed here just one night. The rooms have the basic equipment with dirty curtains on the window, but otherwise clean room. Window frames are wooden and old, so noise is heard from the street (tram). Soap and shampoo are not provided in the rooms (3 star hotel??, ehm...). Breakfast was very poor...

I was very satisfied with almost everything. Our room was clean, nice and cozy. I wouldn't recommend rooms with windows to the main street to light sleepers because there are trams going pretty often. I also didn't really like the shower, it was just weird. But what I really remember the most was the breakfast. There was big choice of...

The hotel is situated in Karlin / Praha 8, very close to the Křižíkova metro station (Line B yellow / 5 min walking). The rooms are very clean, breakfast it's good and the staff is very kind and helpful (also speaking English). Near the hotel you can find the tram station (nr 8) that takes you very close to the...

Nearby is underground station "Krizikova", but we walked from underground station "Florenc" ( it tooks about 10 mins ), because it is a underground lines crossing station and...

I stayed for 4 days. Staff were friendly. Room was good; clean, new furniture, free wi-fi, TV. Location is very close to the center , 15min walking. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like that was the same every day, no variety.

If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel in this area of town you couldn't do much better than the Karlin. Recently refurbished and immaculately clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Much better than the Ibis hotel up the road - where I spent a night before switching to the Karlin - and it's cheaper.

I have stayed there in May 2012 and chose the hotel for the central location and affordable price. Many restaurants in walking distance. Certainly not a 5 star property but as good as it gets for the reasonable price. Location is excellent with about 10 minutes walk into the city center (1 tram station). Very friendly and helpful staff. Wireless...
