The room war very small, almost no space betwwen bed and table (with one chair). The kitchen was very, very cold in the breakfast time!!! There was not so good selection of bread, otherwise it was adequate.

Plus points: Great value, spacious room, decent location, friendly staff, free WiFi Minus points: Had to sit down in the bath (or keep hold of the shower head) to have a shower, poor curtains that let in quite a bit of light Didn't make it to breakfast so can't comment on that.

Really enjoyed the cozy hotel. It was small but it had its charm. Breakfast is disappointing with limited options but the location and the interior is sufficient for the price you pay. The outside of the hotel looks rather dodgy, but once youre inside, the hospitality of the receptionists are good etc. Would stay there again when I'm in Prague.

Very simple hotel in a good location (metro and tram). Warm, clean and spacious room, excellent wifi.. The only thing is that breakfast is poor but Prague offers a lot of great places for breakfast so you shourley won't be hungry :)

1) This hotel is about a 20-minute uphill walk from the main train station in Prague and a short tram ride from the city centre. 2) When we arrived at reception they told us there was no space available and they sent us somewhere different, which we weren’t told about when we booked ad we were made to leave a...

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of August and it was really good value. The rooms are fairly basic but functional and after a few initial problems with the wifi it worked fine for the rest of the week. Be aware some rooms come with baths with showers which you just need to sit down for as there...

I stayed here for three nights in July in the middle of a heat wave. After walking from the metro station with a 25 lb backpack in 95 degree heat all I wanted was a cool room to lay in. No such luck. There is no air conditioning in the hotel and they also didn't have any fans. My room...

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighbourhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighbourhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
