The Absolutum Wellness Hotel is a newly refurbished hotel situated close to the city centre of Prague, directly at the Holesovice train and metro station, just 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square.

We spent 5 amazing days in this cozy hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, well equipped with a very nice design and also very spacious. The bed was very comfy, we slept like a log, the bathroom needs were regularly refilled and the towels were changed as often as we needed. The breakfast was of very good quality and varied. We appreciated the perfectly working AC and the free parking lot for the guests ...and last but not least the staff was superb, we are grateful that you made our stay even more pleasant. We will definitely come back :)

Clean comfortable hotel room easily accessible from the centre of Prague. Good breakfast choices. The metro/tram stops are just across the road from the hotel. We used the wellness facilities - sauna, cold pool and relaxation room. Finnish style so you just have a sheet, only go if you are comfortable seeing naked strangers. Didn’t get to try the restaurant as the reception staff booked us for Sunday night when it is always closed! When we asked for somewhere local to eat they directed us to an dodgy pub/bar/nightclub just up the road rather than telling us there wasn’t anywhere local to go. About 10 minutes walk away we found a nice Lebanese fast food restaurant (Paprika) which was cheap and tasty. The reception mixed up our massage booking so ended up doing the sauna one day and having to go back for the massage the following night which wasn’t great. The massages were really good, although it’s geared for couples so you have it in a room for two people. Good price for the convenience into town but no nightlife locally (near a ring road) so if you want to be in the thick of it it’s probably too far. If you’ve got kids though it’s well located for the amusement park, the planetarium and the huge lovely park nearby.

The hotel had the very best service and offered help directly and very friendly. That made the whole stay absolutely nice. Parking was included in our booking (directly on page) and easy to handle, so awesome. The rooms were perfectly clean. And very nice. Bed super comfortable. The only thing, like a very tiny complaint on a high standard was missing some tissues in the room. Also, there is airconditioning which made the room very comfortable. Adding the spa for 90 minutes was super fair priced. Breakfast was plenty of choice and tasted really good. Awesome coffee :-)

The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool, and the wellness is not included in the price ! You have to pay 30 € extra ! The little bath is 10 degrés, it’s very very small and you can’t stay there long as it’s very cold ! The hotel is far from the town, in taxi it will cost 10/15 euros. The rooms are clean and nice, bathroom nice too ! but if you stay few days, the cleaners don’t come to change towels or clean the room even if you put the sign on the door to ask to clean the room... they ignore it. This is definitely not a 4 stars.....

Dear Jennye, thanks for your review. I am so sorry to hear that your stay in our hotel didn't meet your expectations. Wellness is included in the room rate in case that you will book wellness package directly through our website. On other hand the fee for wellness is 10 EUR/person/90 minutes. This entrance includes sauna, cooler and relaxation room. There is also the possibility of massages and private baths for extra fee. We do not have the swimming pool at all and we don´t present it anywhere. I am so sorry if you understand it wrongly. City center is just 5 minutes by subway and it costs aprox. 1 EUR/person/one way. It is not necessary to take a taxi. I have shared your feedback regarding the maids with our housekeeping manager to take internal actions to avoid future recurrence. Thanks for understanding. Spent 4 days here and the experience was amazing. The room was very clean and warm and it is close to parks, transport links and the city centre (we paid roughly £4 in taxi to the centre.)
The receptionist are brilliant, especially Andre (black suit, ginger hair!) Andre was professional but also made us feel very welcomed and gave us lots of recommendations.
We will definitely be back!

Lovely size hotel, really clean and spacious rooms. I had gone to Prague on a family emergency and the manager could not have been more helpful. They made it a lovely stay despite this being a difficult time. The spa was an extra bonus and very relaxing. The breakfast was good and dinners in the restaurant were delicious traditional Czech dishes with a modern twist. The hotel is 2mins walk from a metro, train station and tram stop which makes it really easy to get into the main centre of Prague. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience with Absolutum Hotel during my stay last days. Everything was sparkling clean, rooms are comfortable. I admitted also small details in the bathroom, towels, soap, cleaning cosmetic pads - ear cleaning sticks. It s directly on the underground station Holesovice, so you can easily access all important and interesting places in the city centre. What I would appriciate maybe on each floor outside could be a machine for coffee or tea or at least hot water, so I must not enter every time restaurant to get it. But overall really a great stay I will definitely return again if I need to travel to Prague.

I like the hotel Absolutom because if its comfy and clean premises, awesome meals with perfect service. Big advantage is hotel parking with good enough capacity and also location directly on public transport options. Great choice

We used hotel for accommodation for party nearby. We liked view from room 65 very much, window across whole wall and view was just amazing. Breakfast was also good, only thing, which is quite common in hotels are small cups for juice, if you drink in the morning more than 1dcl, you have to walk there and back few times…

Just got home from 6 nights at this hotel. Nice, clean hotel with lovely fresh decor. Refreshments in the mini fridge is a fab idea and saved me from going thirsty when desperate! Good location, metro nearby or just £3 in an Uber to the old town square. Friendly staff at reception area, especially Katka thankyou very much for helping me and being so kind!
