The location is perfect for visit the old town. We stayed 3 nights at 7 angels. I was over joyed when I saw our nicely decorated room, It was room 4, which has a huge living room with a daybed, a big bathroom with bidet. The bedroom also big and the bed is very comfortable. There even a kitchenette at... More

As has been stated before, this is not a typical hotel with a front desk, etc., it is more like apartments. But, the location (just off Old Town Square) and the price are great. We enjoyed being able to spread out in a big apartment after being in small hotel rooms in our other stops. They were also great about... More

An excellent little B@B with loads of character. Not 5 star, with the red velvet curtains coming off the rail, amateur frescos painted on the walls. Nevertheless, the sheets and the bathroom were clean and room was cleaned daily. With vaulted ceilings and a very quiet central location, this place was a real find and very well priced.

This hotel is just off the old square, and is within easy walking distance of the Charles Bridge and the castle beyond. The 7 Angels is more of a series of small apartments that are administered through the next door restaurant rather than a usual 'front desk' type hotel. Our room was actually two rooms, a living room and a... More

The two room apartment had great character, but it was just one bedroom and then a large seperate sitting room. Large kitchen area and fun decorations all about, although didn't find anything particularly dirty it leave a lasting impression of cleanliness. The one room apartment was a small bedroom seperate from a small sitting room. When we requested hair dryers... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend, to take advantage of the Christmas Markets (2nd December). Location - Fall out of the hotel and you are just around the corner from the main Old Town Square, which was amazingly convenient. Taxi from the airport was around £18 which seemed a bit steep, but was very convenient and took around 15 minutes,... More

We stayed 5 nights here and moved room after the 2nd night to room 1 which was good. Our first room (6) was dark, the curtains did not open/close and the pillows were hard. They changed the pillows but could not fix the curtains so eventually moved us. If you are lucky enough to get room 4 then you will... More

We visitied in June 2011. We stayed in room 1 (I think). It was huge, maybe the largest room I have ever stayed in. The room was dark, and had an old world feel to it (dark wood, huge four poster bed, with good clean sheets, decent mattress & bedding) but that is something evident in the photos, and certainly... Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
