Comfortable, but old. It is quite central, large rooms (but a bit cold) , with small kitchen, carpeting on the floor, clean. Good breakfast. If you are looking for a comfortable thing ok I recommend it but do not expect anything big. Equivalent to a 2star in Italy.

Just returned from a 4 night stay in this spotlessly clean , old fashioned, boutique hotel. We were on the 5th floor. Our double room was big, it had plenty of room around the huge bed, also a TV, a kettle to make tea/ coffee, and also a fridge and a safe, for your valuables. The bathroom was a good size, with a shower, and was also cleaned to a high standard. Even when I was on my travels in and around the hotel , as if i was heading out, or going to breakfast. I noticed that There was always someone cleaning something. It tells me that they take pride in their hotel . The breakfast was of buffet style- hot and cold options, mostly continental, but a decent range of choice, and there was something for everyone. The hotel itself is very nicely located near most places... Charles bridge, and the astronomical clock are only 10 mins away. The staff, I encountered were also nice. One gripe.... their pillows are too soft. Get harder pillows. Other than that. A lovely nice located , cool looking hotel . If I ever return to Prague again, I'll be sure to book this hotel again.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It is also very well located, in the heart of the city: walking 5 minutes away is the statue of Sigmund Freud hanging from a beam. The buffet is very complete and varied. The atmosphere is very quiet, without noise.

The hotel''s location, cleanliness, breakfast, and spacious rooms deserve a 5-star rating, but it''s a hotel you can''t sleep with, especially because of its high school-age group of students. We stayed for 3 nights, all waking up to exaggerated voices and quarrels from drunk teenagers between 3 and 4. When we told the front desk, they said, “We’re telling their teachers what else we can do.” Nice hotel if you can’t sleep.

The strength of the structure is the central location that allows you to reach the major attractions on foot in a few minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean, but dated in both decor and maintenance. The breakfast satisfactory but to avoid queuing it is necessary not to arrive too late. The girls in charge of the hall are very hasty in clearing up to make room for new customers. There is little soundproofing towards the common parts of the hotel. With some precautions it would be a great structure. To be reviewed

Even if the hotel has a fantastic location we would not stay there again. The hotel was noisy( thin walls allow you to hear other guests), boring breakfast with horrible coffee, crowded dining room. Staff in the reception with very poor English skills. Cleaning staff didn’t renew our supply of shower soap or toilet paper.

First I made my reservation on line, hotel with pick up car round trip from the airport with emails of confirmation of meet up with their English driver holding my name. No one was present when We arrived, Pass half hour no one is present called them and after 45 minutes we settled. Second I ask a flyer for a walking tour group and firmly stating I want this grand tour 6hrs for 3 pax if you have a convention or discount from the company that will be great but if not with discount not a problem I need 3 persons package of this (showing the flyer)😳 but Know what!… they took the worse company to pay lesser without informing me and I was convinced that they gave discount from the one I have chosen paid 165€ . I googled it 1590=64,40€ so they made a least discount but fine. Since I need to contact the company after the tour to verify one stop never done that’s the time I discovered that they fooled me. My stay in Prague was a nightmare with this personnel at the front desk. Of course location is good but if you gonna stay and encounter clever personnel like this I won’t suggest to choose this hotel there are other hotels with better system than them. Location is good near Charles bridge but hotel is not that good. Toilet bowl with stains and no shelf to place stuff. Bottom line is not good at all.

Large, quiet, nice rooms, kettle with coffee and tea, refrigerator, small cuisine included if you need to cook; great breakfast, walking distance from most important places to see in Prague. Very easy to reach with public transport from the airport. Personnel is friendly and helpful

Great location for those on a budget. We stayed 5 nights and were very happy there. A very good breakfast was included which changed each day. Hotel is on the older side but the bed was comfy, the to large and the staff very friendly. Lots of places to eat nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the main attractions. The only downside was that renovations were being done on all sides of our room so workmen were everywhere and there was removed furniture in hallways. Would have been nice to be notified that this was happening or offered a discount as there was noise in the morning sometimes. Everything else was good though.

We stayed here as a family for three nights for a pre-Christmas trip to Prague. The hotel is a little dated, but it was clean and very comfortable. The room was spacious, the breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful. The location was superb - we could walk to the Charles Bridge in less than ten minutes.
