The check-in process was extremely terrible. At first, the front desk cannot find my reservation with the booking ID in their booking system. I clarified my first name and last name a couple of times and asked if they can search it using my name information and they insisted the booking doesn’t exist. The male staff are not helpful at all. They just kept asking me to confirm with the booking agency (which is Agoda). So, I was asking help from Agoda customer service for almost 2 hours. The whole process was totally stressful and depressing. Finally, the reception changed to another girl (who is smarter and more friendly) and she helped me search their system again using my name information and she found out they were messing up my first name and last name for 2 hours (although I have already clarified them very clearly for a couple of times). This check-in experience was the most terrible one to me in my life. Only the girl staff is friendly and smart, the manager is totally unhelpful and not willing to provide any help.

Super hotel, good location. Fresh, varied breakfast. Maximum cleanliness throughout the hotel. Comfortable, clean room. Downtown 15 minutes walk, metro about 3 minutes walk. Lots of excellent pubs, restaurants, shops nearby. Nice, helpful staff. Maximum satisfaction, most value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Feb this year. I was fairly satisfied with staying this hotel. The average hotel room fee including breakfast was 50 euro. Staying at this hotel was reasonable, and I could get to Florence station for 5 min. on foot, so it was convenient. The room didn't have a refrigerator. 今年2月に2泊しました。宿泊代は朝食こみで平均50ユーロです。おおむね満足です。値段相応、駅から徒歩5分と便利でした。部屋に冷蔵庫がありません。

Good Conditions, clean, nice staff, the restaurant might get crowded at breakfast hours but no problem with the buffet. It has private parking and other private close parkings. Close to public transportation

Beautiful city and everything so near in the city centre. Wencesclaus Square Old town Charles Bridge Mala Strana one after the other. So relaxed and no crossing streets as it is pedestrianised all the way and so different and historic. Brixen Hotel was fabulous and lovely breakfast each of our 3 days. Will definitely return to Prague again. We were there between the 4th and 7th December.

Furniture is spartan but the bed was better than in most far more expensive places. Perfectly fine for a short stay, 20 Minutes walk into the old town. Not much water pressure in the shower so little tedious to wash my long hair, breakfast basic and youth hostel style but for the money an overall satisfactory package.

Really reasonable hotel, with great breakfast and super clean, comfortable rooms. It's not the Ritz - certain amenities are lacking (Iron/Board in the room, a safe in the room, tissues in the room), but for the price and location (10-15 minute walk from Old Town) it's great!

I have just returned from a 4 night stay here; we stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor which provided a perfect base for us to return to between trips as the hotel is situated in such a central location. We arrived late (around 2200 due to our flight an although there was no problem checking in at this time it wasn't the friendliest of welcomes. The room had 2 twin beds, small area to hang clothes, desk and a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink and large mirror). Breakfast was included (buffet including fruit juices, tea/coffee, toast, fruit, cereals and cold meats/cheese) with no problems regarding freshness or amount. Check out is 1200, we asked to leave our suitcase while we enjoyed our last day (our flight home was 2200) which we were able to do with no problem or extra cost. Overall, good hotel with central location and very good price. Clean and handy with breakfast included. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Good hotel if you are curious city seeker! There are basic things you need: kind people in hotel reservation, good bed, clean and tidy. Nice breakfast and silent rooms if you are late morning sleeper. Few things where a bit shame to happen. Air condioner was forced off and it was very warm in room. Nothing changed after mentioning of it. Another ridiculous thing was the hotel cleaner drank our beers while we were out!!! Obviously this was distrustful cleaners fault not B&B Hotels straightly. But if you going to stay here do not leave valuable things on sight. Or beer. How stupid!
