Nope, no age limit. I felt perfectly comfortable there as a 32 year old (there were a number of other guests in their 30s-50s).

They offer a free city walking tour. They also do pub crawls where you pay a fee (not much) and you get in every club and a couple of drinks for free. Just like most other hostels I guess!
