Do not stay in this hotel!!! Very rude and unprofessional staff! The room was nice excepting the dirty towels...the staff on the swimming pool area were disgraceful and rude with all the foreign customers!! Do not let them fool you because only czech citizens write good reviews!!

The room was really noisy, during the night the other guest were on the corridor and make some noises but the hotel workers did not do anything for our calm and relaxing night. In the room there was not a water in the tap and the sink not flowed down!

It's a very good 4 stars hotel. Huge sports complex. Comfy and spacy rooms. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are very warm, even without the heating on. Honestly no idea why, but remote to AC is not here so I had to open the window.

We have enjoyed the evening in the swimming pool with our small son, nice dinner, nice service behind reception desk ad in the restaurant too, no noise during the night, clean rooms, good breakfast. I have nothing to claim.

Just back from Prague this hotel is nice, breakfast was lovely! The reception staff were the worst I have encountered! No smiles and not big on sharing information on the city! When we checked out nothing! Had a great time amazing bus and metro system which took us straight into the sights. Had a great time regardless of the unfriendly...

Having been there a few times for badminton and tenis I decided to try the infinit wellness also and unfortunately it disappointed me a lot. People were talking all the time, in saunas, at the relaxing places, inside, outside...no matter where I went, even in the "silence sauna" they talked... I would never go there again to relax, maybe to...

I was visiting a friend in Prague and she took me to the Aqua and Sauna World (I did not stay at the hotel as a guest). It was a lovely and relaxing experience for an afternoon in wintertime. It was really freezing outside in the terraces and you had to walk on floors covered in snow, but then you...

Spent 5 nights at the place in their new 'B' block. Rooms are offering the usual facilities, including safe and mini-bar. Rooms are quite noisy. Parking is around 8 euros per day. In walking distance of underground and bus to connect to the old city centre. (bus 136). Also shopping mall on 10-15 minutes walking distance. For sport lovers, connected...
