This hotel was lovely. We stayed in the attic room which was very cute. However, it is up quite a few flights of stairs so be careful booking this if you are unsteady on your feet. Breakfast was lovely. There a are few little touches that could do with a bit of TLC such as cracked tiles but the customer service more than makes up for these. Nothing was too much for the staff here. We booked our transfers with them as well so Rudolph picked us up and took us back to the airport. He even arranged for breakfast to be served early for us so we didn't miss it before our flight. The location was perfect right in the new town. We will certainly be staying here again next time we visit Prague.

Had a great time here with my partner visiting Prague for 5 days. The hotel is lovely and clean and the location couldn’t be better! Staff are very friendly and informative and breakfast is great. The one downside is that there is no lift, so if you have issues with stairs, make sure not to request the 4th floor!

We stayed for three nights. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom can use an upgrade but nothing to worry about : everything works as it should. Receptionists were very friendly and helpfull. Locatian of the hotel is great : you can visit almost everything by foot and metro station Mustek is very close. Please note that reception is not open at night. But every guest gets a key to unlock the front door, so no problem at all!

I spent some days in Prague with my wife, my brother and my parents. The U Suteru hotel is an excellent accommodation, clean and in a central position. Situated in the old town in an ancient hause, it’s very suggestive! We had half board treatment so we have eaten every night at the czech hotel resaurant. The dinner was tipical and good. We suggest to spent your holydays in Prague at the U Suteru hotel.

Check in went smoothly, although we were on the 3rd floor...no lift & the stairs got progressively steeper & narrower. They have off premise car parking which is quite expensive, but no real alternative. No air con & there was a lot of street noise every night :(
