Perfectly perfect... My husband and I stayed at the PRESIDENT HOTEL PRAGUE January 2023 for four nights. Our stay was marked by perfection due to the fact that we choose to stay at the PRESIDENT . From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The room that we booked was spacious and clean with a comfortable double bed and linens. The room was overlooking the river which had a fabulous view. There was a coffee maker a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated and very clean. They provided plush towels and toiletry sets which they would replace every day. In addition to the comfortable accommodations, the hotel also offered a large spa for guests to enjoy and a warm and big indoor heated pool . We were able to have a relaxing and professional spa treatment which we both enjoyed. As for breakfast every day that we were there the food was delicious and fresh. The staff of was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. This trip did not live up to expectations, unfortunately. Having booked the trip to celebrate new years and an anniversary, I was hoping for great things reading the website and reviews of the hotel. However, the hotel fell short in several areas: 1. The hotel asked for any special instructions on booking - my request was never looked at or answered - had been hoping for flowers in room on arrival 2. Despite booking a castle view, there was a large construction site between the room and the castle / river, which we hadn't been told about - drilling and sawing at c. 7am was not ideal at all 3. The phone and television in the room were not functioning properly, having to ask reception to fix 4. The hotel's restaurants were closed for our stay, meaning no room service orders - the hotel desk advised us to use Bolt food delivery instead... again, ok, but no warning 5. The room was unbearably hot with the A/C in the room noisy and only able to go to 65F / 18C at lowest - which was still warm 6. Despite claims of the luxury of the spa - there was no massage staff on duty when we arrived, and only one operating through the stay - meaning our hopes of romantic massage for two were not possible... Overall, a fine hotel - but that's it. Fine. Standard service I would have expected from a 3 star average hotel - the price and star ratings did not match what we experienced. The hotel is a Very nice riverside hotel, which located in karlin. You can reach to most of tourist attractions by walking. Prefect breakfast with nice services and clean facility in spa area. The rooftop bar has prefect selection of whiskeys and Gins etc. Since it is not a adult only hotel so Gast in spa are like family with children, so children are not quite and this drop the quality a bit. But it seems unavoidable.

Pleasant hotel after stately interior reconstruction. Good wellness. On the breakfast I missed more fruits and fresh juices. Better to plan counters with food for breakfast. Owerall can give 9 points of 10.

Our stay at the President was wonderful. The rooms are well laid out with lots of space. Bed was comfortable and large bathroom. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Natalie at the bar/restaurant who was absolutely wonderful and kind. Reception and room service was also excellent. Location is also very convenient with just a short walk to the old town square. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay here. We will certainly be back!
