From the outside, the Hotel didn't look much but once you're in, it's lovely. Early check in is available but there is a luggage room free of charge which is locked. Be aware, there is an additional exit tax which worked out about £10 per person, payable on check-in/out. The Hotel was extremely clean, especially the rooms. Housekeeping came every day and all rooms had towels, toiletries, hairdryer and minibar (expensive). Bathrooms had either shower bath or shower cubicle so be sure to request if you'd like a bath. Breakfast was a buffet served 7.00-10.30 and was continental or full English with pastries, fruit, tea, coffee and juice. They opened the buffet early on day of departure to make sure we ate before check out. Prior to arrival I received e-mails asking if I had any special requirements, confirming our booking and providing information on must see attractions and helpful advice about the local area. I will definately be booking this Hotel on our next stay in Prague.

We had a clean and spacious double room on the 6th floor. It was incredibly quiet with no noise from other rooms or cleaning staff/guests in corridors. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was of a very good standard with plenty of variety. The breakfast room had a relaxed atmosphere and staff were attentive and regularly kept the food and drink topped up. Noting ever ran out. Perfect location for exploring Prague on foot as we did, but also close to the tram and easy to get an Uber.

A centrally-located hotel, elegantly furnished. Very good and varied breakfast options that can see you through the day. Immediate access to high street shops, museums, restaurants, minimarkets and huts in the square offering delicious street food. More tourist attractions and shops can be reached all within walking distances. Walked all the way to and from Charles Bridge and the castle at the top. The hotel's central position in the main street helped us feel very safe walking around during both night and day. Hotel room was quite spacious, well lit for when it gets dark and having a large window offering brilliant daytime light. The electric kettle and tea/coffee supplies were truly handy. A very comfy bed that gave us a good night's sleep. Extremely clean ambience and staff were polite and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom cleaned and resupplied every day. Super quiet place and no street noises could be heard. Highly commendable. Would definitely go there again without any hesitation.

This was a great find. Tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of weceslas square in a small shopping mall, our stay was peaceful and noise free. Rooms were a decent size, comfy bed and pillows, and very hot water at any time of the day, so you don’t have to time your showers before everyone else in the hotel. Breakfast was included and was of a fairly decent standard, with a fair selection of things to choose from.
Fantastic location for getting out and about to explore Prague, with most of the key attractions between 5 and 25 minutes walk ( approx 25 mins to walk to Prague castle as it’s across Charles bridge and up a hill).

Not modern but everything you need is there. Wonderful staff and great breakfast. The location is not too far from main train station and is located in the main area of the new town. That said, it’s still walking distance to the new town so the hotel is situated in a desirable spot.

Hotel located in the heart of Wenceslas Square: in the center of any point to reach in the city, both by metro (there are 2 stops around) and on foot, and the airport is also easily reachable by metro and then bus 59 (formerly 119 ), at a practically negligible and very low cost compared to other capitals. It is located in a period building, with refined and elegant interiors. The only flaw is that perhaps it could do with a little renovation: some of the interiors are in fact a little dated. Good breakfast, savory can be good, but sweet not enough: too little choice between some biscuits and Krapfen, but overall it can be good. Be careful about the sites you book from: it's better to get some deals with a discount. Definitely recommended especially for the location, its strong point.

It was my first experience with this hotel, and I was very pleasantly surprised. For the price it is more than above standard, Breakfast was varied and tasty. Reception and overall staff handled it perfectly, especially the receptionist JIRI who was very helpful.. The hotel is right in the center so everything is a short walk away. I was worried about a busy night, due to the nightlife on Wenceslas Square, but luckily the hotel was situated in the middle of the buildings, so it was quiet at night and it is nice to sleep

I stayed in Elysée with my family in an apartment. The apartment was very big and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids, the place was clean and well equipped, maybe the pillows might be stronger, breakfast is tasty. I Want to mention also a young man receptionist who was there for our check-in, he was very sympathetic and helpful with his advice and recommendation. I asked for vouchers and he gave them to us maybe 15 minutes after check in while I would have forgotten them. Thank You for the great services.

From Václav Havel Airport Prague by bus no. 119 to the last stop Nádraží Veleslavín. From Nádraží Veleslavín by metro (line A) to Muzeum stop. After leaving the metro, walk 100 m down the Wenceslas Square. Hotel Elysee is on the right in the Jalta passageway.
The journey takes approximately 40 mins.
