My wife and I stayed here from Sept 25th through Oct 2, 2019, a full 7 nights. We loved the stay as the people were excellent, the room clean and ample and the breakfast superior to the average we'd had at other B&Bs. We felt like we were visiting with family and the advice we got every day as to what to look for and such, gave us the feeling that we were being looked after. We also felt safe at this wonderful Pension that is walking distance to the Karluv Most (Charles Bridge). We can't say enough good things about our Praha experience and the good people at Pension Dientzenhofer. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful property, traditionally decorated - very quirky. Right in the middle of prague, but down a quiet street. a 30 second walk from Kampa park, 5 minutes from St charles bridge too! Josef is an amazing host, and such a helpful and kind man! I really could not recommend this property more. Brilliant prices, especially for the location. Rooms were giant, comfy beds, spacious bathroom, and a small courtyard area - which was great for us as we smoke. Breakfast is a little limited, i’m a vegetarian, and my partner is a very fussy eater - so mainly limited for us! I’m sure it will be apt for most people. Can’t thank Josef enough for having us and for all of his help throughout our stay.

To be honest when we arrived and our king comfort room turned out to be a converted loft space and rather small I was disappointed. There was no TV as advertised although that wasn't a problem and the wardrobe couldn't be used as it was too rickety. The small fridge was in the bathroom with drinks in and the shower had no hand attachment. This is the reason for only four stars. However the host was very friendly, beer was cheap and the breakfast on the whole was good value and depending on when you arrived downstairs you could get bacon eggs, sausages and the usual breakfast items which was always topped up. It's the equivalent of an old listed building and you have to bear in mind that as such they are restricted to what they can do with regards to floors and structure of the property. The room was clean and the bathroom looked recently refurbished. The hairdryer was hidden behind the mirror in a small cupboard but worked fine. The beds were very comfortable. Location was five minutes from Charles Bridge and in a quiet area with local restaurants very close. When you actually found your way in. (push door buzzer and wait) you not only get your room key but a gate key so you feel quite encapsulated and away from the throng. The owner always asked if there was anything he could do and even let us try some locay brewed beer free of charge. I would recommend as a quirky stay that was enjoyable.

I arrived late after a 3 stop trip from the US...very tired. My room was at the very top floor, small but had what I needed. Stairs only 2nd to 3rd floor but the lady owner helped me with luggage and brought hot tea to the room. She said she put me there because the other floors had families and could be noisey and she was right. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure but TINY. could barely lift my arms to wash my hair. Had a hair drier though - so points for that. It is just very basic.

Location is everything in this B&B, located in the embassy area 5 min walk from Charles bridge. They even offer relatively secure and cheap parking just next to the B&B. Room was nice and spacious but the decor and furiture reflects the price ( it's old and worn ) No noise from the streets - we liked it a lot. The personnel doesn't cause much interference and not the most welcoming one or maybe it was just because of us. In our case breakfast was included but since the dining room only has 4 tables and the B&B more rooms we had to wait a while for a seat. The breakfast was somewhat sub standard, but sufficient. This is place for you if you want to be in the middle of everything and in a quiet location, whitout breaking the bank.
