We were a little disappointed to learn that our river cruise had booked our 3 day stay in the ancient city of Prague at a '60s hotel'. However it worked out great. We walked to from old town a couple of times and took public transportation right outside of the hotel if we were pressed for time. The hotel is...

Dear Makingmemoriesfrom79, Thank you for your time to write a review about stay at the PARKHOTEL Praha. I am happy to read even thought you were disappointed when you learned where you will stay, but we have provided service and accommodation that could not disappoint you. We are not located in the city centre, but that’s what most of our...

This is a relatively nice hotel, it's location is not central enough to walk to the tourist areas, however their is a trolley stop on the street the hotel sits on that will take you into Old Town. Thus, if you not opposed to the trolley it's a great hotel and it certainly caters to the English speaking world. The...

Dear Massivebuckeye, Thank you very much for your time for reviewing stay at the PARKHOTEL Praha. Yes, the trams outside hotel takes you to the main tourists areas and it takes only 5-10 mins. Happy to read you have enjoyed your stay and I will send compliments to the chef and his team for great breakfast. I hope we will...

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and gracious. As no signage anywhere in the city is in English, everyone I dealt with at the hotel did. Wake up calls were on time and consistant. The rooms are comfortable and for a business hotel relatively spacious. THere was a good gift shop, a bar that was well...

Dear AndreaMichaels1214, Thank you very much for the review about your stay at PARKHOTEL Praha. I am delighted to read you have enjoyed your stay with us and happy to read service in our hotel was up to your expectations. Not much to say here. This is a rundown hotel that will make you feel you are back in communist times. Location is terrible as its on the wrong side of the river. Also far from good eateries. Just stay away from this place. Prague is a city with tons of great hotel with reasonable prices. You can find a...

Dear Sagees, Thank you that you have found the time to review your stay at PARKHOTEL Praha. I’m sorry your stay was a disappointment for you. April this year we have finished reconstruction of public areas and there was invested lots of energy, passion and of course money as well. We were inspired by 60’s, as in 1967 was the...

This was my first trip to Prague and i was not disappointed on my hotel choice. Just two minutes from the Tipsport Arena and just a 10 minute tram ride to the center. Although i did not use public transport it seemed extremely convenient. Staff where so friendly and attentive. Food was great, rooms spotless and beds very comfortable.

Nice hotel. Close to the Exhibition Center. Ideal for business but also for families. WiFi available and free. 2 restaurants located inside. I tried one of those. Good food and reasonable price. TV with main international channels. Good ratio price/quality. Highly recommended!

I really liked this hotel. This hotel was not located near any tourist sites which made it even better. Every day I had to take a 20 minute walk down the cobblestone streets, through a park, down steps, across the river to make it to the Old Town Square. It was worth every step I took. I got to see...

I'm a bit torn on this place. While the staff were nice and helpful, the wifi works pretty well, breakfast is excellent (huge spread and price included with our room), the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are big and clean, I would not stay here again. This was my second consecutive year attending a conference/convention at the Parkhotel in Prague. From 2014 to 2015 I noticed many positive changes in the hotel, especially regarding the recent renovations to the entire lobby including all parts of the conference rooms, social areas and restaurants.
