I am a LeClub Accor Silver member so i tend to stay in Novotel Hotels around the world. Novotel Praha Wenceslas Square is one of the worst mainly because of the hotel staff and the lack of any care to their customers. It started with the check-in which i have already completed online but still had to wait in the...

We spent three days in Prague. The hotel is in a very convinient spot, only couple minutes away from the most famous parts of the city like the Charles bridge and the Palace. The room was nice and clean, the crew was smiling, but man the breakfast was 10/10. The smoked salmon and delicious tuna fish stole the show, but...

Location - quite good (but in Prague it's easy thing to achieve - the city itself is so beautiful that almost every hotel is well-located) Reception and service - according to 4* Novotel standards Common areas - nice but not stylish Rooms - a bit shabby and over simplified although bathrooms are in very good condition (I only wish the...

The hotel has everything you may need - a fitness room, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, free wifi and kids'corner. Rooms are rather small but very useful with a kettle, tea, coffee, additional pillows etc. Beds are comfortable with night lamps. Breakfast has a good choice of drinks and food (fried eggs, scrambled eggs, salmon, tuna, a few...

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, large bed, good sized bathroom with reasonable water pressure. The lounge/restaurant has good food that is inexpensive and very friendly staff. The hotel is close to the city centre (approximately 10 minutes walk to the heart of town)but away from the big crowds/noise to...

I travel to Prague for business multiple times a year. I'm in a continued search for a decent hotel that isn't terrible in cost. A quick summary is that Novotel Praha is minimally acceptable last choice with significant flaws. I stayed here 5 nights. PROS: Location. It is easily within walking distance of muzeum and old town, but also a...

This hotel is well located, our room was very comfortable, generously sized and quiet. They have a great bar that offers a selection of cocktails, enjoyed that very much. Would be nice if they could improve ventilation in the bathroom, the moisture from the shower gave the room a "mouldy" smell, we solved this by keeping the door closed.

In the USA this would be a 3-star hotel. Be careful when booking here. The rooms are average at best and are very hot with no ventilation. If you are lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, you get smoke-filled air in your room when the door is opened. I Booked this hotel based on the reviews. Boy,...
