Very clean. No funny smells. You're buzzed in and out. Good security. Luggage hold room. Staff are pleasant and informative if you ask. One cleaner found some money which we accidentally dropped in our room. She placed it all carefully where we could see it. Very good service. Good continental breakfast. Good tram links to Castle, Charles Bridge and Malostranka...

I'll start off by saying that the front desk was very helpful, especially the lady who checked me in, which says a lot considering they appear to work very long hours. The location is also pretty good, ideal access to most attractions in Prague. That being said, you really do get what you pay for, in this case (not much)....

This hotel is a good bargain. It is situated in a nice and quiet area within 15 min walking distance from the centre and close to metro and trams. The best thing is that it is quiet at night and beds are firm and nice. I got a very spacious room for the price. It is a pity that the...

Hotel advertising outside the door suggests redecorated rooms and bathrooms (don't mention it was over 15 years ago). Also shows picture of a bar with seating area (this is now a reception only). No restaurant to be found either except for breakfast room in basement. The hotel rooms are very old fashioned and dowdy, they are clean however. Bathroom is...

Staff were nice and friendly and always took the time to help when needed. Room was very big and clean and was cleaned every day and fresh tea and coffee were replenished. Breakfast had lots of variety. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. I wish I could say the same about the shops in the area, the staff...

Stayed only for 1 night. No room card keys here. It's old fashioned keys and you have to lock your room also from the Inside! Room was adequate, toilet is separate room from shower. Shower had very strong spray that I was not able to adjust. Comfy beds, fast Internet. Breakfast had a lot of bread, cold cuts. Wish that...

Not too much of a complaint as the price was very cheap when I booked... but I still think the hotel itself could be a bit better. For example every time I turned on the fan in my room there was a smell of cigarette smoke! Other than that that, the included breakfast was fairly good and the 24/7 reception...

Myself and my husband only stayed here for one night but we are planning to go back to Prague in a few months time for a couple of weeks. We will definitely be looking at staying back at this hotel. The main thing I look for in a hotel is cleanliness and quiet on a night. This hotel was exactly...

The hotel is located close to metro and tram stop on the west side of the river. Its either a 15 min walk or a few minute tram ride to get into the old/new town centre. Neighbourhood is good. The rooms are fine, personal is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, enough choice and all fresh. The room was...

Fabulous value for money. Clean, comfortable and warm. breakfast but a good variety and something for everyone. Close enough to walk to centre or buy a 1 or 3 day bus/tram/underground pass. Trams are well run and very regular. Several ways to get to there but the tram stops a few yards from hotel so getting around on public transport...
