The servers are very helpful when you ask for gluten-free options. They have great choices of bread and cakes (but you may need to ask specifically), and everything is labeled for allergens. They will also prepare something for you given enough notice. I was expecting to eat fruit and cheese (especially at breakfast), but enjoyed all the gluten-free baked goods!
Stayed here just before a viking cruise as part of a pre-cruise extension. Typical Hilton in terms of nice rooms, public areas and dining options. Has an immaculate appearance with an impressive skylight atrium. Rooms and mattresses are first rate. Breakfast buffet was included and typical European choices with easy picks for we Americans. We enjoined the small beer garden. We did not use the pool or spa but it looked nice from the exterior. The hotel is across from a small pass through retail area with a grocery store for odds and ends, It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the edge of Old Town. I see some negative reviews about staff/service but honestly we didn't experience any of that. Our check in was handled by Viking so we would have missed any front desk unpleasantness.…
Brilliant long weekend away! The hotel has everything absolutely sewn up perfectly; from check in, to the 24 hour service with everything you could want for, to the check out - amazing! Anytime of day or night the cafe & bistro is there to serve for all of your food and drink wishes. Various bars available for drinks to suit your every mood. Room had everything that we could hope for. Definitely recommended, and will stay again.
I stayed at the Prague Hilton Hotel 12/24/2022 - 01/03/2003. The accommodations and service was excellent. The Continental breakfast each morning was well prepared and the service efficient and cordial. I enjoyed the amenities of the swimming pool and sauna. Taxi service was readily available and drivers very helpful, especially one driver, Alec. He gave us excellent service and pointed out historical places of interest as we traveled to destinations around the city. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Prague.
I visit Prague frequently and have stayed in quite a few hotels. This larger Hilton is a classic 90s tower with many rooms, large lobby, and a few shops built in. Rooms themselves are large and well specced, clean and reasonably modern. Sleep quality is very good. Breakfast is excellent versus the Prague hotels in same price range. Has a good pool. Location is so so, not in old town but maybe a 10 min walk. As Hiltons go quite good and better than the standard fare in Prague. Note you can stay very cheaply in Prague, this is not the cheapest but overall good value. Easy to recommend.
One of the best Hilton hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is well located for easy walking access to the city centre. It is really large, welcoming and comfortable. I received a free upgrade to an executive room. Thank you. Highly recommended.
I would like to Thank you Mr. Jirka at the front desk for his utmost service and hospitable. Mr. Jirka was helping a guest checking in while I was the next in line at the Hilton Honors line, while waiting a couple holding a pet walk up and stood in front of me and they approach Mr. Jirka when he completed with his guest check in process, Mr. Jirka politely address to the couple that I was the next inline if they don't mind wait till their turn and he will help them with their needs. As a Diamond member of Hilton and as a Gold / Elite of others hotels, I have experience the positive and negative of each hotels services, overall Hilton have done a good job to be on top of their competitors, I notice Hilton Prague and their stuffs have done an extraordinary services from the Executive lounge to the team member that kept the 800 rooms plus hotel clean and comfortable that I can call a home away from home. Thank you Hilton Prague…
Nice pictures but not at the expected level of Hilton 5*. It all starts at the arrival where we had to wait 30 min at the reception. Then after we discovered that in family rooms kids have to sleep in the same bed. Then many thing where missing in the room : water, duvets, slippers…. And above all the NOISE. It is very noisy in the room like if you are in bad appartements where can here every thing from the neighbors: tv, doors, people yelling and even dogs barking. Not really a place to rest!
Very bad cleaning, I found hair in bathroom and towels, a lot of hair and dirt on the floor. The wc was dirty and after I show them , the next day was the same. I'll never stay in this hotel. Incredible bad for a Hilton. The cleaning lady wake us very early in the morning at 7.55.
Room was nice; however, the room was not attended to. They claimed that the do not disturbed sign was on but this was definitely not the case. Michaela the manager on duty was rude and disrespectful to my needs as a Diamond member of Hilton. I will not stay at this hotel again and nor would I encourage friends or family to do so.
