Every week there is something weird at this hotel. This week’s special: I sat down for dinner and waiter came: “here is the check you did not pay and ran away 1 hour ago”. I told him maybe he made a mistake. He came back 10 min later and apologised.

Owing Covid I had not been at this hotel for almost two years. It was great to see the standards of service are the same and the entire visit was a pleasure. It is great value for money and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. I stay in European hotels almost every week and thsi is one of my favourites and it never disappoints. The breakfast in particular is as good as any hotel.

So me and my friend was wisiting Prague and booked 5 nights on Corinthia, i choose that hotel because their pool and spa looked nice, what i didn’t know was that pool and spa is not included in the prize and you have to pay for it, 15 euros pr person for 1 day - so it will be pretty expensive. Their breakfast is menu is ok but the bread and cakes, croissants etc is very dry and it’s totally overpriced. Very bad service from the employers - no room service and the AC didnt work. Their upgraded us immediately when we arrived because our room wasnt ready but i think the upgrade was a downgrade because the room was very small, no AC and even if it is cold outside it’s really hot in the room. The housekeeping kept open the door to my room even if i had said that i didnt want her to come in. The burger on the restaurant was so bad also, i ordered medium and i got a rare beef, almost like tartar, the food was bad. Also our “upgraded room” was next to the metrostation and there were loud noises from the train 24/7. The only thing i liked about my stay at Corinthia hotel was that they have Chromecast on their tv, but i doubt i will come back.

Stayed there this week for a night. The room was like a 80's porn set. Also no showers all bath with overhead. Also aircon not working so the room was like a furnace. I will say the pool was very nice. Breakfast hall was chaos and like a free for all full of people that have not eaten in weeks. If you can, pay more and stay more central.

Me and my husband decided to come back to the Corinthian Prague for the second time Because we enjoyed it so much. We were celebrating our first year wedding anniversary and my husband’s 30th Birthday. A special thank you to Marika (concierge) for organising such special birthday treats for my husband and making the stay so memorable. The only downside was that the executive suite was not open due to COVID—19 and you had to book the spa, rather than just go along anytime. We upgraded to the suite on the 21st floor and the views were incredible of the city. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Prague!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your loyalty. I am very happy to read that you chose Corinthia Prague for your wedding anniversary and I am even happier that we made your celebration special and enjoyable. I will share your nice words with Marika as it is a great motivation. Regarding the Apollo Day Spa please note that we have to take the reservations to avoid the spa being overcrowded and make sure the guests can enjoy a relaxing time. This is also one of our covid precautions. However, the reservation can be done prior the arrival to make sure the preferred time slot is available. We are looking forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind regards, Tomas Vlasek, Director of Operations
