Stayed here 3 nights for a job related trip. The room was nice and clean. The only negative thing was that the temperature in the shower was hard to control. You needed a very light finger. Other than that the service was excellent and the breakfast was great. The hotel lies 50 meter from the metrostation which is really practical....

My first impression of the hotel was extremely negative: a tourbus had arrived just before me, it took me an hour to check in. It seems that there are many tourbuses--the lobby often resembles an airport lobby. The hotel itself is wonderfully located if you want to be outside downtown, but right on a metro line. About 15 minutes walk...

This is a nice hotel, but least impressive among all 5 stars I have been to. Rooms are VERY small and a bit worn out. However, service and staff were great. Only the restaurant in this hotel was a bit disappointment - the food was very basic and not very tasty too - but with 5 star prices.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. The service in the bar/restaurant near the lobby and front desk were efficient and friendly. The location is a just a couple of train stops into town. I would definitely return for business. The only downside were the inconsistencies in the spa. Trying to book appointments wasn't so smooth so I...

Hmm.... 5 star hotel....only if Czechs have 20 stars. Passable, but the price reflects the quality. The rooms are like higher class communist retro style (especially the bathrooms). The heating in our room didnt work, but made a lot of noise, the towel rack broke off the moment we touched it, only 2 power sockets working, just typical ostblok stuff......

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this Hotel which I booked at the last minute through Lastminute.com. Upon arrival a very nice helpful Concierge got me to my room which turned out to be the wrong room. Without any fuss he picked up the phone and dialled reception and arranged to conduct the conversation in English...

Panoramic view of Prague, rooms top-notch in a business hotel sort of way. Service excellent at desk, room service, restaurant. Actually breakfast is one of the very best brunches in all of Prague. Not in the center but right above a subway station that puts you there in less than ten minutes. Recommended.

I've stayed in this hotel many times, this hotel has definitely the best pool in Prague with beautiful view, very luxury rooms and high quality service! It's located in Vyšehrad area and right next to the metro station, so you can get to the city centre within 10 minutes. Recommended!

Stayed here on a business trip for two nights. The check-in staff were very friendly. The room was lovely, with two single beds. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with lovely ESPA toiletries and also dressing robe and slippers were provided. I had a nice view of Prague from my room which was on the...
