Staying at the Bila Labut hotel has been splendid. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb with everything you could want and the room is comfortable, great bed and amazing shower (very hot and plentiful, perfect for cold days and aching legs after lots of walking through beautiful Prage). Just a few blocks from everything. Muy...

We booked a short break with British Airways and this was the hotel. Once you get used to the location it is actually quite handy. The reception staff were polite & friendly, the hall porter the same. The rooms were very pleasing & most importantly clean & warm. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast was really quite nice. Lots of choice, there...

Arrogant staff, during breakfast, ran out of brown bread this am, ask for more, they said we don't have anymore!. Ask for UK adaptor plug (states; "free from reception"), again sorry we don't have any, you can buy from outside if you want one.

Just stayed here for 4 nights, and couldn't recommend it more if you are staying in Prague for a short break. It is ideally located near the Old Town, with lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Palladium shopping centre. Local to bus stops, tram stops and metro stations, transport isn't a problem. All the staff are really friendly,...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in this hotel, the staff were excellent, breakfast and room very good, it does lack a bar, but there are plenty of very good bars and restaurants within walking distance

Easy to find and warm welcome from genial receptionist (Miroslav, if I remember correctly), who gave me a room immediately although it was well before check-in time. He proved very useful mine of information throughout my stay, so pleasant and polite. Friendly doorman too. My room, overlooking the back, was quiet, well furnished and comfortable (excellent bed), spotlessly clean and...

We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2016. We are a couple in our 60's. It says the hotel has a bar, but this is misleading, as the 'bar' is basically a vending machine for drinks and sweets, crisps etc. Breakfast was uninspiring. Room was OK. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired - no toilet roll when we...

We've just returned from a 3 night city break to Prague staying at the Bila Labut. We were welcomed warmly and shown to our room which was a standard suite (room212) by the concierge. Our room was ample; with 2 double beds in a separate sleeping area, a lounge type area, complete with fridge, TV and safe, a separate bathroom...

Me & my friends stayed at this hotel in February 2016. It is a fairly decent hotel with nice sized rooms. The only thing it lacked was not having a bar. The staff are very friendly which made it more welcoming. It's within walking distance to all the local shops, bars and restaurants.

The best choice for visit Prague walking. Located in a perfect area for visit Prague, 6 min walking from Namesti Republiki and 15 walking from the Old Town Square. The rooms are very clean and quiet, especially the rooms with view on the street at the third and fourth floors. The breakfast is The typical "international" all salt products and...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
