This is a great hotel only 20 minutes walk from the city centre or 3 minute walk to tram stop. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants in the heart of Zizkov and is very keenly priced. Breakfast is included and there is a very impressive buffet laid on each morning. Staff are friendly and welcoming also thereby adding to the pleasure of ones stay at the Ariston!

I’ve stayed in November at this hotel and it was amazing. Great value and good location, it was about 10 minutes walking to some of the most important attractions. The breakfast was included, it was very good and had many things to choose.
I recommend this hotel 100%

Immediately upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were greeted by a very pleasant lady at the reception, who willingly went through all the necessary matters for our accommodation with us. From the lobby, it is obvious that you are in a luxury hotel and the staff are naturally professional. The room was clean, tidy and everything was ready in its place. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the samples of hygiene items were also pleasing, as we had left the shampoo at home. The minibar offer is sufficient, but it depends on whether the guest is willing to pay fees for refreshments, the prices of which exceed the standard. We can warmly recommend Hotel Ariston and you will definitely not regret it if you decide to stay there during your visit to Prague.

Very small rooms, not as advertised on site. 100% women management. Rude and unhelpful reception, same breakfast everyday, they do not clean rooms everyday. They do not bring anything in the room, you need to walk down the building, cross the road , go to reception in another building and pick up iron/tooth brush/etc and come back. They charge extra for towels. no socket outlets for chargers, need to move tables, unplug lamps and plug chargers. some lamps do not have switches, need to move tv table and unplug lamps every night. horrible mattress, do not stay here, if you have back pain . Reception doesn't even give any info about the region , they have so information about the city. Ultra SLOW internet , disconnecting every 5 sec.

Dear Guests, We regret your dissatisfaction, but we definitely do not rate ourselves at 2 stars, even with the strictest rating. Women work at the reception, we certainly don't see a problem or any other difficulty in that. Our team always tries to provide the maximum possible knowledge and advice to our guest. If the reception is at a loss, there is a free desktop computer where the guest can look up all the necessary information. In addition, we charge extra for towels and cleaning because we go hand in hand with environmental friendliness and we inform guests about this fact at the reception on arrival via information boards. We apologize for the internet problems, it is possible that our operator had an outage. As for electrical outlets, we are working on continuous improvement and expansion. Kind Regards Daniel Honzik Hotel Director

I was able to stay in a beautiful room at a very reasonable price. The location was convenient for me to top places on list in the city centre, with a tram stop just outside or gentle stroll in the sun. The breakfast in the morning was tasty. I had a large selection of options. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, especially helping with travel from the airport (and locating my driver). What more could you want from a solo trip to Prague?
Děkuji!

I really recommend this hotel.
The accomodation was perfect: clean room, rich breakfast, parking place available (on request - 20 euro per night), nice staff.
The hotel is very close to the city center (20-30 minutes by foot) and the tram station is nearby.

This is a great hotel located near the main train station in Prague and close to good transport links to all over the city!!!
The room was spacious and was located away from the road so it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good and was located in a huge theatre/ banquet room. The staff was always replenishing the buffet and coffee tasted great.
The service at the hotel was VERY GOOD. Everything was clean and tidy.
We were very lucky in the 2 receptionists who were working while we were there. Nikoleta helped us with 3 day passes for the trams, as well as helping with navigating to some of the destinations we wanted to visit. Special thanks to Aneta who gave us extra service in printing out some important forms we needed to have.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Okay hotel for the price:
The hotel is around a 25 minute walk away from the centre. There is a tram stop right outside too which is good. There is also a Lidl 2 minutes walk away. In terms of the room…. The room was filthy, dust everywhere, hairs in the bathroom and stains on pillows. My socks would be black if I walked on the floor and I had to brush off the dirt from my feet every night before getting into bed. The room felt like it had been “cleaned” half arsed and was not good enough given this is a 4*. For example when I moved the table slightly to plug something in it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Beds were comfortable although we requested a double bed and got two singles pushed together. The breakfast that is included isn’t great. Poor selection, for example the cereal they have is only muesli typed cereal served with warm milk. Some cornflakes would have been better, just something that had less of a unique taste. They did have toast but this was pretty much it. Breakfast area is also very small for the volume of guests. We was asked to sit on a large table made for six with two other couples. I found this uncomfortable. Prague itself is beautiful! We went for new years and it was brilliant. Definitely go to Prague and if you are on a budget this hotel is adequate for a few days stay but most certainly is not luxury.

Dear guests, thank you for your feedback. We regret that we did not offer the required service, which should be the basis and on which we focus, among other things, i.e. 100% cleaned. In connection with your other comments, we think that the breakfast service and food menu is adequate and completely acceptable, considering the price for which we offer our services. The capacity of the hall is of course limited, as it usually is in large hotel operations. In the end, there is nothing left but to wait a little while for the table, I think this is quite common in Europe in hotel categories such as Hotel Ariston. Sincerely Daniel Honzik Hotel Director

Stayed here for two nights which was reasonably priced. The staff at the reception are very helpful and you can book any tours through them at reception. It’s a little away from the city centre but it’s close to the train station (about a 10-15 minute walk) and the bus stop is outside the hotel. You can also walk to the city centre or get a taxi which is all very accessible. Breakfast is free and there are many options to choose from. Rooms are very spacious. Overall a very pleasant stay here.

Stayed in Sep 24. There's 2 parts to this hotel. On either side of the main road. I was in what I assume was the secondary part. My hotel room opened into a courtyard (with car parking). Nevertheless, very quite. Wifi was a bit unstable (think it was better across the road in the main part of the hotel). Breakfast is served in the main part of the hotel so you have to walk 20 yds (outdoors) in the morning for your breakfast. Tram stop 5 min walk down the road. Maye 15 mins to walk to the nearest metro. Room was ok. Nothing special but nothing that bad either. Just not that memorable.

Write to the hotel. They give you very good and precise instructions how to get to the hotel. This is the big plus point with this hotel's reception.
Dear Guest,
Yes the whole hotel has central heating system.
The tram stops just past the hotel, and if you get the number 9, which run every 4 minutes, you can ride all the way to the other side of the river, and it actually goes over the next bridge to the Charles. It is then the most pleasant, 5 minutes stroll, through park, to the Charles Bridge. Tram tickets bought at the machine opposite tram stop near hotel - machines are easy to use with English options.
