This hotel is in an excellent location and the staff is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable (something I appreciated because I had a terrible cold when I was in Prague in March and spent one entire day napping in a cozy bed). The history of the actual building illustrates the political and social challenges faced by Czechs during the...

This hotel is amazing. It is 5-10 min walk to Charles Bridge. The staff are very friendly, speak excellent English and are very welcoming. Glass of bubbles when you arrive which is very nice. Rooms are huge as is the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. We had a problem with one of our tours and the girl at...

We found this hotel through TA so felt had to come back and recommend it to future TA travellers as it was such a great little find. Great location, very central and across the road from the main police station so pretty safe. Rooms clean and have everything you need. Breakfast hearty, fresh and with lots of choice. Staff could...

The Unitas Hotel gets great Trip Advisor reviews and we stayed there for four nights last week, but it is difficult to know what to say about it. The staff were very good and professional, rooms of good quality and the location five minutes walk from the main square excellent. The only trouble is that the place feels more like...

Lovely hotel, the staff was very helpful and nice, great breakfast, very clean comfortable hotel. Great location close to all the attractions yet located on a secluded street Great stay we loved it and would stay there again. We were there for 8 nights - nothing but nice things to say about the hotel and staff.

The hotel was a stunning surpise. Since the welcome drink to the checkout, service was awesome. Rooms have great size and everything seens to be new! As far as we've been informed, this place uses to be a monastery. Quite interesting. All in all: 1. Location: good, but it takes a short walk to get to the main court. Nothing...

A really nice hotel at an excellent location. The interiors are very nice, spacious room and bath. The only drawback of the large rooms is the long hallways you need to walk... :) But all in all, a very pleasant stay at a surprisingly great hotel. The breakfast was very good - you can skip lunch afterwards :)

The suprisingly large room and bath (for the reasonable rate) appeared to be newly renovated. Wifi in room was spotty but free and useful. The hotel is on a quiet street. Very friendly staff, happy to call reservations and accomodate our needs. The included breakfast was quite extensive and impressive Highly recommend.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. It is a great hotel, from it's location, to it's friendly and courteous staff, to the buffet breakfast, this is an outstanding hotel. The hotel is located across the street from a Police Station. So it's safe and believe me when I tell you it's quiet, it's quiet. We could open...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
