Stayed for two nights when visiting Prague in Golden weekend in December. We arrived with an airport bus to the Main Railway station and the hotel was easy to find and walk to. As we arrived early, we could not check in right away, but could store our baggage at the Front Desk, in their storage room. Check in in...

I found this hotel to be at a great location...you can walk to everywhere. It's located near the Central Station and a 10-15 min walk you are in the old town square. The breakfast could be improved but it is a nice hotel.

I stayed 3 night in this hotel. It is located not far from Prague main station. Overall it is a basic hotel which offer a simple free breakfast and WiFi. However, the WiFi connection is not stable and near to pub which is quite annoying at night.

Located within walking distance of the main railway station and several bus and tram stops. Basic room facilities. Quiet as the rooms are away from the street. Free WiFi works in the rooms and is a big help. Clean beds and linen. The lighting is a little sparse but manageable. The breakfast was varied and filling. Most people at the...

Stayed here for 3 nights in December. The rooms are basic but clean. There wasn't must choice for breakfast but you won't go hungry. Having read previous reviews on this site, we asked for rooms away from the main street. Our request must have got lost in translation as both rooms were on the street front. The noise and vibrations...

Hotel close to our required places to see. The hotel was very basic (ie no wash basin plug 1 small soap 2 shampoo 2 shower gel for 3nights ) .The staff were very good polite and knowledgeable with very good English and helpful. The hotel was full with students rude and unruly at times, our friends were disturbed during the night...

A simple, straightforward, friendly, economical location for whomever wants to visit old Prague on foot. Central, but not in the hassle of the tourist attractions, it offers breakfast, wifi, shower and all you need on the room. A taste of old fashioned architecture and furniture, well kept, add to the charm if one is not fond of the tasteless usual...

The hotel is very well situated for people who want to visit Prague by foot. You can reach all the main atractions in 30 minutes. Its also very near from the train station, so its very easy to reach the airport. This is a old hotel that has been recovered in 2012. Is very simple and has no luxury or...

The rooms are not the best or newest, the breakfast does not have a lot of choices. But for this price you get clean room, warm water in the shower, nice staff, wifi, and close walking distance to the city centre.

Fantastic location: 5 - 10 minute walk from Prague's main train station and 10-15 minutes to the old town square with the Astronomical Clock. Staff / service: completely surpassed our expectations. When we arrived, the young man in charge of reception could not have been more helpful (apologies for not taking a note of his name). He told us the...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
