We can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. Every aspect was first rate - from the warm and friendly check in on our arrival to the wow factor of the room. Not only was it the cleanest room we have had but the upmarket fittings were luxurious. The spa bath and high tech, all singing, all dancing toilet were great. The air conditioning worked really well and the beds were super comfortable. Every thing a traveler needs is here - ironing board and proper steam iron, to a powerful hairdryer and all the little kits. The breakfast was delicious and very relaxed - it’s available until midday 😀 But the very best part, and the icing on the fantastic cake, is the staff. They are the most delightfully friendly, helpful and lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to make your stay easy. Thank you so much for all your help with taxis and for letting us have a complementary breakfast while you sorted out our early check in and for the extra special room. If you’re coming to Prague, this is the best place to stay.

First off I must thank this hotel for working with me. I had booked my stay pre-Covid and had not realized at first that I had selected a non refundable room. I reached out to the hotel and they gave me a voucher to use for whenever I redo the trip. I was so grateful and thankful! I am a fan! Location is great, the vibe is great. We checked in and the receptionist escorted us to our room and showed us how everything worked. That was a first! Very nice touch. They always had little snacks etc out and the food is good! Public transportation lines just down the street from the hotel. Prague is amazing and so is this hotel!

Room Tip: This was my first time staying at a boutique hotel but I really liked it. Much more personal-able.

We stayed a total of three nights at the Pytloun Prague. Its located to the far end of Wenceslas Square, which is the side closer to Charles Bridge and most old town attra tions, which are all very well reachable by foot. Welcome was friendly, so was the staff. Breakfast is as advertised, good selection of european-international foods. Room was clean and equipped as specified incl. free tea and coffee as a nice touch. View was, in our case, lacking, but some rooms definitely have windows towards Wenceslas Square. For compensation theres a roof top terrace open to all guests, day and night. Bathtub (air tub in our case) and bed were amazing, especially after long days of running up and down the castle hill. Clear recommendation for everyone looking for a nice, functional accomodation in pragues touristic center to get energized for the next day of old town exploration.

At Boutique Pytloun Hotel Prague I spent with my family 5 nights in August 2021 and we have to recommend this hotel to all travellers who want to visit Prague. We have been in this beautiful city many times before and stayed in various hotels (some of them were much more expensive than Pytloun) but we have never been that much satisfied as in Boutique Hotel Pytloun. We have enjoyed excellent location of the hotel, new-fashioned rooms full of modern technolgies (electric toilet, polychrome LED lights, electric curtains,...) with very comfortable beds , plentiful breakfasts and tasty tapas (including in total price). We also really appreciate the hotel staff who is exceedingly accommodating and diligent, especially the hotel manager Markéta does for the satisfaction of guests everything she can.

This was our first trip to Prague and the hotel was in a brilliant location. It was within walking distance of many of the main sites and right next to the Metro and tram lines. They arranged an airport pickup for us which was efficient and reasonably priced. The hotel is of modern design and the rooms are well appointed. There was a spa bath, a Japanese style toilet and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of different options on offer. What really shines about the Pytloun is the quality of the customer service. From the minute we walked in until our leaving time everyone was really helpful and friendly. The Manager, Marketa, has built a great team around her. Pavel and Petra were extra helpful from a team of really good customer facing staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will go back if we visit Prague again.
