Was supposed to go to Prague and then Coronavirus lockdown hit. Czech and my home country shut down - no flights. In Czech hotels were closed. Yet this hotel still took money from my account for the booking and completely ignored over 15 attempts and messaging, emailing and phoning (through Booking.com and direct). AVOID at all costs. Service like this is utterly contemptible and appauling.
It is a central location, we could walk to anywhere we want.Room is modern decorated, illumination is good enough. There is a very useful mini fridge, a kettle and a hair dryer.Room cleaning is satisfactory, housekeeper puts extra bin liner for diaper.Stuff is very kind.Free wifi is on your service 24 hours.
Terrible service Our flight would arrive late in Praque (around 22:30) We were told that late check-in was possible. When checking on our departure day, we were told that late check ins were impossible. Only option was to cancel. The lady on the phone was very rude and said she did not care about our late night checkin agreement mutiple times and then hang up the phone.
Had an ok stay here- however we checked yesterday if we could leave our luggage after check out so we can spend the day exploring.. we were told “sure reception opens at 10am” It’s now 10:18 and there is nobody to be seen so we are wasting our last day in Prague waiting for someone to show up so we can leave our bags! Not good enough 😡
Stayed for one night 45 euros well worth it. Spacious room, comfy bed and fabulous bathroom everything we wanted. Lady on reception very kind and welcoming. Only ten mins from florenc bus station. If were ever in Prague again would definitely stay here.
