Just spent three nights here and was very pleased with the location: ideal for exploring the city. We had a junior suite which was fine but not like the website suggested, much smaller and actually not any bigger or better than an average room but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

My company booked this hotel because of their corporate rate and because the hotel facilitated a room for my management course. The Barcelo is not my preferred hotel in Prague, so I had to get used to the different kind of service. The requested quiet room was at first honored by the hotel. However the (wireless) internet was not working...

Went for a Junior Suite and had a large seating area and a separate bedroom. Great shower. When we arrived, the room was a little cold (-8 outside!), but soon warmed up. Great staff on the desk, but their support was found a little wanting when we did not have internet access for the final day (the person the from...

It was my third time in April of 2016, I take new family members each time. I love the location of Barcelona in Prague. If you are looking for a good hotel. Not the fanciest but a good, clean, nice boutique hotel, stay here. I was sad to see some of the remarks in some reviews, it's never been my...

The building was an ancient palace and restorated a couple decades back to become the hotel. Today, everything is brand new and very comfortable in the hotel and in your room (they have made a lot of shopping from IKEA) but toilet and shower section was separate (and this i like very much normally) which they were extremely narrow (and...

On arrival we were pleased with the hotel's location which is very central without being too busy. We were offered a glass of sparkling wine when checking in; we said a glass of water would be preferable but that was flatly declined so we duly accepted our two thimble-fulls. The room was a little stark in decor and our window...

This hotel is quite far from the city center. The room is quite ok, clean but not well decorated. The elevators are too small and has only 2 compared to the guests who are mostly traveling with the group tour. The breakfast doesn't vary with limited options to choose.

Lovely hotel, great service and nice room (if a little too hot which was quite uncomfortable). Can't beat the location. Breakfast of a good standard. Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
