Clean, large rooms, free internet. The location is ideal for city tours. A lot of restaurants and pubs are nearby. If you are with car, try to catch the hotel's parking lot. The prices are reasonable.

We had flown into Berlin from the US and driven to Prague. We hadn't booked a hotel, though knew of a few from prior research. We wanted to stay as close to Old Town as we could. The first one we stopped at was Rubicon. From the start we were greeted very warmly, and even though it was after 9pm...

Hotel in old town with clean and nice rooms. The breakfast is good with variation of the menu. Patrick and Maxim gave us high level of service during our stay. In the area are many good restaurants located, many of them are rated in top 10 list of best restaurants in Prague.

Everything is awful! It is not the hotel it is the hostel. The price unjustified to high for the absence of the quality and comfort. Everything is too old and damaged, everywhere is the smell of the rubbish outside the hotel. The building is really very old and dirty( rooms are not on the hotel building but on the old apartment...

This hotel is in walking distance to everything. Perfect hotel to rest after a long day of tourism. They have free breakfast!! That's a plus!!!And the front desk...

We have just completed our stay at Hotel Rubicon in Prague. I must say, there are some definitely good things about this hotel, but there is also room for improvement. Good: -the location is fantastic, especially for the price. We were only a 5 minute walk from Wenceslas Square -everything that needed to be clean was -excellent breakfast spread To...

Due to late delayed flights arrived at the hotel 01.00 in the morning and was almost tempted to ask the driver to turn around and look for a better hotel, very shabby and run down appearance. However due to late hour and the fact I was with my wife and 13 year old we went ahead and booked in, the...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
