Rooms are basic but comfortable and warm. All the reception staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Even lent me an electric adaptor for my mobile. Young trainee manager very helpful with advice on places to go and serves free mulled wine. A must is to visit the 6th floor roof terrace for viewing the surrounding area. One free complementary drink to be taken in the bar. Limited evening menu but the chicken schnitzel with mashed potato and beef goulash and sourdough bread were excellent. Breakfast described as continental is excellent value and includes scrambled eggs, local sausage and vegetables. The hotel is in a great location for the old town, river and all the sights. Couldn't fault it

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town Square. Not the most modern or up to date furnishings but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely, wide range of pastries, meat, cheeses and hot options. As we arrived late the first night we also had our evening meal there. Hearty food, reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and super helpful. They even arranged for a pair of trousers to be cleaned at no cost. Ask for a room at the front as our room was at the back and the generator/air conditioning was a little noisy. We would certainly stay there again.

I stayed in the hotel before and was very satisfied and happy. All was 100%, spear duvets/blanket/pillow even hotel slippers hygienic packed, we eve had a complimentary bottle of wine wine. When we came second time, nothing provided, no spear duvets or blankets,no pillows no slippers. Also no bottle of wine (could live without it,but was disappointing that when you booked second time the service was not as good as the first time. Even found black dust on one of the plugs 😰 didn't look more as I believe I would found more imperfections. Even some of the stuff was a bit grumpy this time Otherwise all was good, breakfast was also very good but ABIT pricy for €15/head. So we got breakfast out much cheaper.

Very welcoming staff, complimentary drinks upon arrival. Quiet location, comfortable beds, clean and in the middle of the Old Town of Prague. Parking is free right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice, lots of foodies to choose from and the staff was making sure that everything was filled up and clean.

We really liked our stay. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Room was big with comfortable beds and nice view. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. In the room we got bottle of wine as a present. Excellent location - just few steps to the old town square. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Hotel is on a quiet side street and within walking distance of most attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic - just about everything you would want (eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, and more). I was traveling alone and booked a single room. It was small and that was expected. Only real con is that the walls are pretty thin. No hesitation in recommending this hotel for a stay in Prague.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the location and breakfast. The hotel is quite large and looks like a labyrinth, so creative! Staff kindly answers all the questions, helped us with everything. A lot of bars and restaurants are near. Highly recommend to everyone, especially for the first time!

The staff went out of their way to create a special atmosphere. The location is perfect and the breakfast is fantastic. Art deco style completes the magic of Prague Old Town. Definitely worth visiting.
