We, a group which cointained of 20 young adults went to Prague, the city of beer, for a 4- day holiday. We stayed at Royal Road, which is located great and has a great staff. As we traveled there as a group, the staff managed to get all of us in rooms next to eachother, which was great!

We booked this hotel a day before our flight to Prague. We did not know what to expect but needless to say everything was amazing! The front desk person (Diana is who we spoke with) is AMAZINGLY helpful and really helped us make the best of our weekend in Prague. The room itself is clean, comfortable, and in an amazing...

Royal Road Residence is a really good hotel with comfortable and clean rooms and beautiful views. The location is great - it is just in the city center surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and historical buildings. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay.

This hotel is in the middle of the tourist action but, once you're inside, it's quiet and pleasant. The rooms are simple, almost Spartan, but comfortable enough and quite clean. The wifi is unstable and unreliable, but more or less manageable if you remain patient. The exterior sign for the hotel is small and a little hard to see, and...

This hotel has really good location. The breakfast was good, also. As many buildings in Prague, the hotel building is old, too. But not only the building but some furnitures were old and broken, for instance chairs and the sofa. In summary, this hotel is not the best but it is good.

I've stayed at this hotel twice - once in January and again now in August. The hotel has a great location - just a minute from Charles bridge - and the apartments are super spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good too.

We stayed for 5 nights in an Apartment for 5 people. We arrived in Prague by IC Bus, and had to take metro from Hlavni Nadrazi (main station) to Starometska (the closest metro to the hotel). But it was okay, since we are used to taking our bulky luggages with us, but if you prefer, you can take the taxi....

We just left beautiful Prague after a week at The Royal Road. We were sad to leave beautiful Prague but relieved to finally be clear of The Royal Road. First the good stuff: A) Well located right in the heart of Old Town just a short walk from the main square, Charles Bridge, etc B) Staff were very pleasant and...

First time in Prague and the Royal Road Residence came highly recommended and now I know why. Excellent location with friendly, helpful staff who are highly accommodating. We stayed in the apartments just outside the main building, it was spotlessly clean, very modern and had everything that we needed for a great stay. Breakfast was included in the stay which...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
