My first experiencein this hotel. I have had excellent service and accomodation. Greatfull clean room. the behavior of the staff is friendly. I recomand restaurant. For example Salmon Wellington was the best in my long Life👍. I have not eaten the same food anywhere and the price is incredibly accommodating ....
the staff...totally dedicated to customer needs...and with a smile. Language was not a barrier because of their professional training. As it turns out, I was in the Czech Republic to teach conversational English..... One of the most comfortable experiences ever. Thank you Hotel Alwyn
After LONG flight from Las Vegas, I arrived at the hotel. Iveta (front desk) greeted me and allowed me to check in early. Every one here has been above expectations!!! Even surprised with a birthday gift in my room after a long day of shopping and sight seeing!!! Couldn't ask for more!!! Highly recommend a stay here!!!
Perfect location for our stay in Prague. It's in a nice quiet area, but still walkable to the city center. Also very good access to the public transport, and a nice restaurant is right around the corner. Rooms were nice, but there is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Also, at the breakfast buffet is only drip coffee; if you would like an espresso or caffe latte you must order one from the staff. Perhaps the only minus was one incident where the bar tender in the hotel was VERY visibly annoyed at having to wait on us, even though there were no other patrons at the bar and it was not even 10 at night. But really, still a lovely hotel, aside from that one issue.
This is a small hotel on a quiet street not too far from Old Town. It is an easy walk to Old Town and there is good access to public transportation - there is a metro stop close and tram service on the main road. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Far more space than you usually get in a European capital city hotel! A very comfortable bed. It was hot while we were there but the air conditioning worked well. All the staff were very pleasant, but a special shout out to Paul, who made good wine recommendations and was a pleasure to talk to. The breakfast buffet is very good with choices to suit all. We did try dinner in the restaurant one night and I have to say we did get better food elsewhere, however it was not bad and nice to have the option to eat at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.…
