We stay at the hotel for three night bed and breakfast stay. We were by car and looking for hotel with parking. Parking in the hotel garage were convenient. The hotel very charming and old style, but bathroom modern and very clean. Our room was big and nice decorated. Mattress was hard for my opinion, but my husband liked it. Breakfast mediocre a little bit on the small side for four star hotel. The hotel is in the middle of center of the town and everything is at walking distance. My husband took massages and it was O.K. Pool and sauna were good and opened till late night. Entrance to the sauna only naked, which is not so pleasant because of age and medical condition of most hotel guests. At check out we received nice small gift: oplatky and two bottles of water. Overall very nice stay. Only two improvements needed: There is not tea and coffee facilities in the room. We asked what about it and they let us take tea and coffee free of charge from lobby bar, but it wasn’t convenient at all. In all other four star hotels we stayed in Chez we have a tea and coffee facilities in the room. Another issue was body lotion and hair conditioner missing. We had only liquid soap and shampoo in the dispensers. I asked for body lotion and only next day was told that they don’t have it. …
Spend two nights in February and really enjoyed, this is a four stars hotel but I will award some five stars feedbacks. Five stars for location and parking facilities underground, very difficult to find in this town. Also five stars for every day a gorgeous breakfast, lunch and dinner and since we stay for Valentine evening the friendly staff prepared “a la carte dinner” with champagne, this was a very nice attention. The day of checking a lady at the front desk prepared a nice surprise: a bag with famous “Marianske oplatki” and two bottle of spring water for long drive back home. There’s also some only three stars: the personnel in restaurant and spa very friendly but very, very few speaks English, rooms are small and very basic, no complimentary water. Finally only one star for the bathroom: very small, smell bad inside it seems like the toilet evacuation doesn’t work properly, the shower cabin also small and shower hose has a broken holder…
I booked the hotel via booking.com it looked nice when we arrived the girl at reception couldn't speak English but I have a German girlfriend which helped the food is nice but beware men I was wearing tracksuit bottoms after travel alday I was told to leave dining room to change into something more fitting I.e jeans but there was women walking around not looking good but nothing was said it feels English don't count here also the bedroom is nice but I booked a double bed which I got was 2 single beds together and single sheets what the HELL also one pillow and the bathroom is small not happy as it very expensive it's not 4 star but 3 max
Pleasent and responsive personnel, spacious nice room and bath room , nice pool and spa Quite ,clean ,conviniyently located , feels refreshing ,pleasent dining halls. Would not reccomend for disabled and people who have dificulty to climb a slght hill hotel situated on.
The room was very comfortable and the food good. The prices (admittedly negotiated as we were part of a group) were very reasonable. What was annoying was the price of the drinks - and you had to pay for TAP WATER! It was about £1.50 for a small carafe of water from the tap. This, given the prices for the wine, was very mean. Otherwise the buffet - designed for the many German visitors - was extensive and generous. But the need to pay a lot of money for water which came from the tap, that stung. Very small pool but decent sauna and steam room - if you can get used to having to take your swimsuit off in them!! One can of course avert one's eyes... At the end we were given a present of bottled water and some of the locally made very sweet wafers, 'Oblaten' - like huge sugary communion wafers. A nice gesture, though unfortunately you've already packed by this stage...…
