The lobby was great, had a real. Ice indoor bar and cafe. The front desk are extremely friendly and well spoken in English. The other 2 hotels I stayed at were 4 star and there was never even a hello or welcome. So, as soon as I stepped into this place, I felt like home. The rooms are huge, great beds and bathrooms, and a great amount of space. There are bars just outside and fine foods, and most importantly, the town square is just a few steps away. Strongly recommend!

I arrived at the hotel minus my mobile and a computer cable. The lady at check in could not have been more helpful, and most charming too. I had a lovely big room and thoroughly enjoyed the two nights I spent there.

I stayed a couple of nights on a business trip. The hotel is situated in a central location and staff was very friendly. My room was large with functional, but overall a bit "traditional" furniture. Breakfast was tasty adding to an overall very good stay.

Nice clean hotel in center of city. Walking distance to area restaurants and shopping. I was visiting for a ski race and the hotel was more than accommodating providing a room to wax and store skis. Staff was friendly and helpful in booking bus service for me back to Prague. Rooms are large by European standards. Great morning breakfast. Hotel is a bit hidden with other shops, not bad but not initially apparent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 4 in our group so we booked an apartment. Plenty of space for our group. Breakfast was delicious and had several options. We also ate dinner in their restaurant one evening. Theresa was our waitress, she was delightful. Plenty of restaurants and shops right in the square, bus stop was just a short walk down the hill. Desk clerks spoke good English and where extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay there again.
