The location is great as it is close to the water springs and the main attractions. The man at the front desk who was managing and the woman who seemed to manage the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Palatin is a small hotel in a perfect location, to spend time in Karlovy Vary. Yet it needs to be said that it is impossible to come near the hotel with a car and thus could be a very uncomfortable place to stay....if you have a car and most of your plans are to travel with it around the... Came to visit the city and some friend with my mother. The hotel was nice, and receptionist was friendly. The rooms were simple but clean, and a bit on the small side. Breakfast was good. Positive review. Accesibility by car is an issue, as well as parking.

It's an old but very well maintained building. The breakfast is quite good, if you arrive early. The location is great, kind of central to the sites and shopping areas. The staff were very nice and helpful, even though one of them couldn't speak much English. It's a short taxi ride from the main bus station and the train station.... More

In the heart of Karlovy Vary, conveniently located in the pedestrian area of the city, within a few steps from a source of hot springs. Hotel was very clean (room, bathroom, loby, breakfast area). Room size was adequate. Bathroom was surprisengly big!. Staff were pleasant. And breakfast was modest but adequate. For the amount paid, highly recommended. Just keep in... More

Good quality garni hotel @ the historical heart of Karlovy Vary, just between the hot healing springs (around the corner) and healing geyser. Clean, good service, very good breakfasts, satisfactory price-to-value.

We have been staying in this Hotel during trip in Karlovy Vary. It is very centrally located, in the pedestrian area of the city. The only problem is that if you would like to drop your luggage you have to make a very long trip to rich again your parking place, but this has not to do with the Hotel... More

This hotel is located in the walking street, really near to the main hot springs. But unfortunately this hotel has no their own parking lot. If you come with a car, you must park your car in another hotel which is located about 1 km from the hotel. But for me it's not a big problem because it's not so... More

In terms of location, the hotel is great. It is situated in the very center of old town Karlovy Vary and everything is close from there. Apart from location, rooms are clean and nice but nothing really extra. I would say good value for money as the other hotels around probably cost fortune. The staff was not very friendly though.... Nice and clean hotel in the centre of spa promenade in Karlovy Vary. Despite the prestigious location is a little overpriced, especially considering the parking location in Hotel Thermal (300-400 meters far!). Disabled travellers will have a problem with that... and you have to pay extra fee for parking (10-12 euro per night) - not stated on the hotel web... More
