We felt very lucky to find this place as a much needed stopping point on our bicycle trip. Your stay here is characterised by a charming English family who have chosen to beautifully renovate a large home with extensive grounds, that include a lake and stables. The decor is fresh comfortable, and finished to a high quality. Debbie and her mum,...

We stayed for a few nights whilst on route to another location in France. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need but in keeping with the character of the building. Debbie and Roger were superb hosts and good knowledge of the local area and best wine deals! Deb made some delicious meals and breakfast was traditional and plentiful...

Each double room has its own ensuite or seperate bathroom, and all are nicely decorated and have tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a family room which...

We've stayed with Debbie and Rodger on several occasions. They are great hosts and are always very welcoming. The rooms are wonderful - spotlessly clean of course - and the beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in - even better than our own! The ensuite bathrooms are excellent too. Located in heart of the countryside, Le Colombier is...

We were looking for a place to stay for 4 nights while in Burgundy for a race weekend at the Magny Cours Nevers circuit and instead we found a warm and welcoming home with gracious and friendly hosts. Roger and Debbie have taken a rustic farmhouse in the French countryside and managed to turn it into a brand new structure...

We stayed for a week, nothing was too much trouble, our English hosts made us very welcome, even the little dog! Facilities were spotless and, unlike other b & b's in France, we had tea and coffee making in our room. Food was excellent and very reasonable, we had dinner most nights and where else can you get a proper...
