From the time we arrived to the time we left the service was exceptional! Reception staff, pool staff, bar and restaurant were all equally attentive and provided excellent service. Hotel's Favourite
We stayed at the heritage on New Year’s Eve 2022 for one night. Needless to say we had an amazing time. This was our third time staying here and it has never disappointed. The restaurant manager was so accommodating as were the entire staff. We had beautiful food and afterwards enjoyed the live music in the bar leading up to midnight. Our room was magnificent. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend a visit to this exemplary hotel.

I would like to say a big and sincere thank you to everyone at the Heritage. We got engaged on Friday morning and went to stay in the heritage after to celebrate and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Louise who checked us in was so kind on check in making a big fuss over us and she was so warm and friendly that we instantly felt relaxed and please thank the reservations team for the upgrade to the suite again making a fuss over us. The food, service and property are all stunning and we can’t wait to return. Thank you all again for making our weekend even more special!

We recently stayed in the Heritage at the end of April and could not fault it, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff are so welcoming & friendly. The food and service was great. Our room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a treatment in the spa during our stay and I would highly recommend it. The relaxation room & spa experience was one of the best I have ever experienced. I also love that the spa has individual showers and private changing areas.

A lovely visit here for a wedding, from start to finish it was a great experience. Enjoyed two nights here, food in the bar and at the wedding was excellent, room was beautiful. Would highly recommend visiting the spa which is one of the best I have visited.

Second time staying here and regularly visit here for lunch/dinner and it never disappoints! Food was fab as usual , staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Dinner and drinks on the terrace is always fab in the sunshine. For an extra treat we stayed in one the suites which had a balcony that overlooks the golf course. Stunning views. Highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at the Heritage. I remembered it before for the fabulous spa and thermal suite. On check in however we were told that the Spa thermal suite was closed due to a fire earlier in the week. Disappointed we were not told about this before we arrived as we had booked the spa for later that evening. The receptionist implied that she was giving us compensation for this by taking off the amount for use of the Thermal Suite! The hotel is beautiful with a very grand reception. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a 3 course bar meal included in our package. The choice was very basic. The starter choice was Soup, Chowder, Chicken Wings or Fish Cakes. All very heavy. What about a nice healthy salad? We both had steak for a main course with a hefty 8 euro supplement. The manager would not let us forgo the starter to take off the supplement, which was a little mean. The steak was tough and the chips were very hard and had been refried in oil too many times. Breakfast next morning was average, but the coffee was terrible. Very watered down. Not sure if I would return.…

Dear Tonifermanagh Thank you for taking the time to review our beautiful property and I'm so glad to read that you enjoyed so many elements of your stay with us. I am however disappointed that you were not aware of our misfortunate fire in the spa area, we had tried to contact all guests by either phone or email prior to arrival to inform them of the temporary closure of the spa facilities. I'm sorry that you were missed on these attempts. I will, of course, pass your suggestion of adding salad to our bar menu to our Executive Head Chef, who takes all feedback on board for consideration. We would love if you do return to enjoy the facilities, which are all fully reopen now and also, if there is nothing on the menu that you would like, we can certainly ask the chef to prepare something for you, we are here to ensure that your experience is thoroughly enjoyable. So disappointed with our experience. My sister booked this for my 21st birthday as she had just come home from Australia and to be left with this experience is just so disappointing. As the ‘the heritage’ has built such a name you can imagine the experience we were hoping to get arriving at a 5 star hotel. We were greeted at the spa reception with ‘am was anyone talking to you this morning’ we knew from the get go something was up. We were then told that there had been a fire two weeks previous and the spa is not open. We have travelled an hour and a half to get here to be told that we can go for a swim and a ‘complimentary lunch’ even though this was included in our package is very disheartening. We received a refund which in turn you would hope would to be obligatory, we presumed that there was no treatments going on but while we were changing got asked by two therapists were we in for treatments which was very surprising as we were not offered one today or on an alternative day for what had happened. The booking system is still live and has no been rectified, I hope that other customers don’t have the same experience as us. Unfortunately not the trip we were hoping for. …

Hi Just returned from a midweek break in this lovely hotel everything about it is really nice ambience staff and comfort of public areas and rooms. Food overall is very nice except for Fillet beef /Steak which it most definitely was not and the size of a pocket watch portion @12€ supplement was not good at all and honestly as tough as old boots. I have eaten in the the restaurant a few times on my stays here and the last time the Fillet beef /Steak was exactly the same, tough and inedible . Pity because the overall experience of the Hotel is really very good, i shall return but most certainly will not be ordering the beef. My review would have been 5 except for the disappointment at dinner. kindest regards, Robert
