My girls and I stayed for four nights and it was just perfect. The rooms facing the pool and. Sea were clean , with lovely bathrooms . The views are so beautiful . I would like to thank the staff for being so welcoming and the service outstanding . The food was very good , breakfast out on the terrace under the trees overlooking the sea was so relaxing . Recommend trying the rooftop restaurant . We would definitely stay here again and again . A big Thank you !
Clean and tidy room with beautiful view beach view. Really enjoy the swimming pools with my kid. Delicious breakfast, should try "Opor Tahu"! Also thanks to Katamaran's team to accomodate my special request!
Stayed for 1 night, staffs were friendly and helpfull. View was amazing esp from the pool. The room arranged in such a way that make all rooms have beach view. Food for suhoor was great. The beach was clean and perfect for taking a dip in the sea. Got late checkout
I stayed here for one week with my husband and toddler. I believe this is the best resort in town. The best thing is how friendly and helpful all the staff are. I want to send a special thank you to Agung and Haqi from the restaurant. I think these two deserve a promotion or raise from the resort! We stayed in the Premier club room and I loved how spacious the room is as well as the beautiful ocean view. Food was really good, especially at the Kliff. Thank you so much Katamaran for the beautiful memories. We will be back soon!

We have stayed in the Katamaran repeatedly and our most recent long stay was in October/November for 1 month. Again and again, we can highly recommend everything about this resort because it is just flawless! Starting with the housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness of the whole resort, there is a very rich breakfast every morning and super nice service in all the restaurants and at the reception. We were told there was a new chef who served the most delicious food. We always felt super welcome because the management is absolutely brilliant and especially the very professional and dedicated manager contributed to our incredibly perfect stay. The Katamaran is THE most beautiful resort – the intelligent concept behind the architecture with three large infinity pools directly at the beach and the ocean makes it so unique. Every night, you can enjoy a perfect sunset from all the pools and the restaurants or form your room. We have stayed in more or less all room categories and we can simply recommend them all. Finally, we want to emphasize the beautiful experience of the Kliff restaurant. As indicated in the name, it is located on top of a Kliff with the most beautiful and spectacular view. We would like to dedicated a very special thanks and our highest respect to the manager Hendra Supratman and every single one on his team for making our stay so extraordinary and perfect. This was my second time staying at the Katamaran Resort. It is so beautiful, clean, lovely staff, great food and gorgeous views. They were very kind to let me check out late too - very flexible which I really appreciate! Their rooms are spacious, well-equipped, room service is great! I would definitely come back here when I am in Mangsit again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
What a great services and ambiences. Best resort in town. The breakfast are great, and the room are cozy. The best part is the swimming pool. We could swimming and view the ocean directly. So, this resort is recommended for everyone who will go to senggigi.
This is the first time my husband and I came to Lombok and stayed in Katamaran. My husband and I stayed in One Bed Room Pool Villa for 12 days and my husband moved to smaller room, King Ocean View for 4 days. At that time I had to check out first because I had work in Jakarta. 1. The staff were amazing. GM (Pak Wayan) and His Assistant (Mba Ruli), Front Office (Mas Yadi, Mba April, Mas Yogi, Mas Hendra, Mas Hamzah, Mba Ulfa, Mas Putra) etc, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Spa & Massage (Mba Yuli), Engineering, etc, they were all friendly and helpfull. 2.The food was awesome. I've tried almost all the food on the menu. Cause of PPKM not easy to find a restaurant open at that time. 3. The room was clean and neat. They make up our room everyday and make sure our special request are fulfilled. 4. Katamaran view is incredible. The sunset was amazing. My husband and I never miss the sunset there. Katamaran staff made my birthday to be one of the best birthday I ever had. They surprised me with a beautiful birthday towel cake on my bed. Also at dinner they helped my husband to surprise me with the cutest birthday chocolate cake and the staff also sang happy birthday to me. ☺🥰 Katamaran stole my heart!! And makes me very sad to go back to Jakarta 🥲 Thank you so much for your hospitality. We were staying at one bedroom pool villa, room number 3001 (so you can verifiy that this review is legit) for a night before moving to another hotel (we love to do a hotel hopping every weekend). I have few things to say about our experience in Katamaran. Pros: 1. The staff were amazing. They were friendly and helpfull. You can feel their passion in serving guests. 2. The scenery, especially the sunset was amazing. 3. The food was awesome. I had fried rice, while my wife and kids had fried noodle and eggs florentine. Suprisingly, both of their western and local food's taste were spot on. 4. The room was clean and neat. They had prepared our extra bed before we were checked in. That's a plus plus for sure. Cons: 1. Our electricy was off for at least 2 hours before the technician decided to by-pass the system (we would still have our electricity event though we did not slip our card in). It was 3 PM, please do take a moment to imagine what a "hell-on-earth" experience it was for us. It was super hot. 2. Our toilet was broken. It could not flush at all while it flooded the water on the floor, like literally everywhere. Again, we called the technician and it took 30 mins for him to fix it before it broke again after several flushes. So, I took this matter into my own hands. I removed the lid from the tank and manually lifted up the flush valve every single time. It worked like a charm. But still, I don't think a guest of this type of hotel should do any "DIY" thingy for simply doing their business. Anyway, that is our experience while staying at the Katamaran. The hotel did offer us a late checkout up to 2 PM as compensation for our electricity trouble (again, the staff were amazing), we really appreciated that. With all that beeing said, it probably was our "bad luck" and hopefully other guests did not have the same experience like ours. But for us, it would be our first and last visit to Katamaran. …
