First impression was of spacious, sunlit grounds and intriguing and impressive wood and thatched architecture. We had a standard room which was large, airy and comfortable, a large balcony/deck with views of the forest and sea, and a palm which was visited daily by coatis and monkeys. All the staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, the food very good and...

I struggled with this review, given that 94% of fellow reviewers have scored this property excellent. In many ways it is, but there were a handful of shortfalls and areas where there could have been better execution or better price value. The lodge is comfortable, but for what you received I thought was expensive. The food is good, but not...

My boyfriend had visited Bosque several times, and kept raving about how phenomenal it was. He must not have described it quite accurately - it exceeded my wildest expectations!!! The big picture - the dramatic vistas, the wildlife, and all the details - the decadence of a cliffside cabina with a sweeping view of the Pacific, their naturalist guide, Phillip’s...

Our family (grandparents, 3 grandchildren, and their parents) enjoyed 6 perfect days at this Bosque. The staff was the most friendly and professional in memory, the food is awesome, the accomodations are scrumptious, the grounds are the awesome, the activities wonderful and varied, and the flora and fauna are breathtaking. One of our best vacations ever!!!

My family (husband and two boys aged 4 and 6) had a wonderful visit to Bosque. All of the staff were exceptionally hard working, friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful, there were plenty of activities and the grounds were magnificent. Furthermore, the owners are genuinely warm and accommodating. It is worth noting that this gem is in a rainforest so...

I haven't wanted to write this review because it's a place I wanted to keep a secret. But we had such a magical time here and fell so in love with the gorgeous owners, that good sense prevailed and we do now have to shout their praise from the roof tops. Everything about the Bosque del Cabo is immense. The...

Bosque del Cabo is, hands down, the most exquisitely beautiful, peaceful, special place I have ever visited. My 13-year-old daughter and I were there for three nights and wish we could have stayed forever. We saw dozens of different kinds of birds plus sloths, monkeys galore (all four species), a peccary, coatis, and agoutis, all in a spectacular natural setting....

Rustic charm amongst the wildlife with wonderful trails in the rainforest. excellent guiding with Philip, excellent hosting by Phil and Kim. All the staff were naturally warm and friendly to us and couldn't have done enough to make our stay terrific. We can mention only a few here Juan Carlos, Gian Carlos, Rosa - but all were wonderful . This place is incredible! We were there for 4 nights and got to see many howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, spider monkeys (my favorite to watch), toucans, scarlet macaws, and many other little creatures. We were in the Vista Mar room which I recommend, but only if you don't mind people above you because you WILL hear every step. One of...
