I stayed at this base twice, and both times with a large group of families with children. Thanks to the fun company and stunning views, we always left full of bright and pleasant impressions. Some nuances, of course, spoiled the impression: sometimes there were difficulties with heating the sauna; in winter, many sleds were broken (I hope they were replaced). I really liked the prices in the cafe: I didn’t expect them to be affordable compared to the price for accommodation. But all this is not important when you look out the large window of the house overlooking huge spruce trees, a lake, and snow.

Let's start with the main thing! We were greeted by the very, very un-far-sighted administrator Maria! It took sooooo long to process our check-in (there are 4 of us), we made the payment in advance, when asked to provide documents, we sent it to the accounting department.... That’s where the man disappeared. We spent two hours processing the design..... Come on guys, seriously?! You are not selling a cheap vacation! Train your staff! The price must correspond to the quality! And so there are no complaints about the base itself, the only thing is the breakfast is not very varied
