Holidaying with their daughter in the second half of August at Forest Cottage. A very cozy place away from the bustle of the city. All the cottages are sufficiently far apart to create a sense of privacy. We had a view of the forest, that's perfect. Changing towels daily, as well as filling the room - water, tea, coffee. Enjoyed the pool with panoramic roof, enjoyed visiting it. Breakfasts are gorgeous: porridge, fruit, juices, pastries, snacks, salads, crepes, cheesecakes, omelets. And even sparkling! They didn't go to the animation this time, her daughter thought she was an adult, but last fall she attended all the events and was very pleased. We really enjoyed the rest!

Good afternoon We returned from our vacation, thank you for the excellent, clean pool complex and delicious breakfasts.
Among the minuses, I would like to note the contents of the cottages (we stayed in cottage 10:
Cleaning: the table on the veranda was dirty, not wiped after previous guests
Dishes:
The grater was dirty, apparently it had been washed in the dishwasher and just put in the drawer; there was a lot of unwashed food in it.
There are few knives and they are dull, it would be nice to equip the kitchen with such items as: a knife sharpener, beer glasses, a water decanter, the handle of the pan was falling off, the frying pan is very tired and there is only one, there should be more forks and spoons if you have a dishwasher, especially They are inexpensive, very small cutting boards: barbecue meat cannot be cut on them, nor can they be cut with dull knives.
The handle latch on the front door did not work (the door opened unless the latch was closed from the inside), seems like a simple repair? I didn’t want to call someone and listen to the knocking.
Garbage scoop with a crack.
All mosquito nets require repair and are dirty, summer is ahead and flying insects are ahead.
Question: Do you treat the area against ticks?

Probably the best value for money in Lenoblast. The area is magnificent - pine trees, lake, you can walk all day. Big pool. Rooms are not new, but spacious. The design, of course, is bleak, it would be worth updating... The food in the restaurant is good, and if it overlooks the lake, it's full of Zen. Breakfast is good. The only moment - at breakfast, the restaurant employees from the CIS countries surprised, who practically speak no Russian, work on the hand and at the same time "poke" the guests. Other than that, everything was great.

Dear hotel administration, the way you are promoting this wonderful place is simply terrible!!!! Black Friday was announced everywhere, 30% discounts. Not to, not from, but exactly 30. What was our surprise, people who come here on vacation and know the prices, that the prices for all accommodation options have stupidly increased. There are no discounts available when booking. This is in the 21st century, business in Russian. A very strange approach, given that the impression remains that you were deceived. After your stay, you are asked to evaluate the conditions at the hotel and are given a promotional code for a discount for your next booking. Guys, it doesn't work!!!! It is very sad that effective managers spoil the resort's policies.

Response from MariyaZueva, Guest Relations Manager at Lesnaya Rapsodiya
Responded 26 Aug 2019
Dear guest! We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay at the resort, and you noted many positive moments that accompany your stay. At the moment, we are considering the option of replacing dispensers with a universal means for washing with other cosmetics. And as soon as a positive decision is made, we will definitely notify our guests. Thank you for sharing your impressions and pointing out the flaws. It helps us to become better. We will be glad to see you among our regular guests.

We went to this place for two days. We booked a cottage. When arrived with taxi, the receptionist explained, we have to walk around 10 minutes up the hill to our cottage. When asked about help with luggage (we had two huge suitcases because were travelling for weeks) she only responded, there is no service for that. Then we figured out, that we were placed in the most inconvenient cottage directly next to the road and all rooms visible from outside from two sides. This was not obvious when we booked the cottage. We would not have booked it otherwise. When trying to talk about it, also offered to pay for upgrade, the receptionist was aggressive and not helpful at all.
The breakfast was absolut average. Breakfast room not homy with many children instead. Restaurant was ok. But Veresk near by much better.
The cottage itself and territory were very nice.
However, we did not feel welcomed and would not come back to this "sovjet" type of service combined with European prises. There are certainly better placec with better service near by!

From a place for quality relaxation to a place for quality stress in one day!
This was our fourth time in Rhapsody, we were vacationing in a cottage with three small children, this time was the last due to completely incompetent and indifferent employees, lack of service and customer focus, and some minimal moral values!
We arrived at the cottage on 12/10, on 12/14 we turned off the lights, we called the reception and found out that this was a scheduled job (they estimate the time to be from 10-18!!), but they didn’t get through to us (they called on 12/11) and we’re sorry that they didn’t warn us, but they say it’s our own fault. We looked through all the incoming messages and no one had missed messages, not to mention the fact that it was possible to convey the information through a landline phone, through the cleaning service (which comes to us every day), hang a note on the door, or at least WHATEVER SO, in the end, they just supposedly called on December 11, didn’t get through and calmed down, what a pun?! Let me remind you that the lights were turned off on December 14, but the Rhapsody employees did not find any options to warn us, although if we had known in advance, we would have simply left on December 13. When we started to figure it out, they told us that they couldn’t provide us with food (let me remind you, there is no electricity, the stove doesn’t work, 3 small children who need to eat something, and we didn’t cook in advance because we didn’t know about the power outage) and we we can leave, but to solve the issue with food, they offer a 10% discount on the restaurant menu (spoiler, they didn’t give us a discount and they also said we won’t be lucky with delivery below 1000)🤷🏻♀️It would seem, well, everything is logical, if you don’t like it, go, BUT that day my sister had a work visit planned to the city, and we started packing our things and realized that we didn’t have time, so we decided to give Rhapsody one more chance (well, we think you never know the lights will be turned on earlier). My sister called and told them that she is leaving now, we are staying for now, but if there is no light when the power returns, we are leaving, to which she was told “CHECKOUT IS BEFORE 16, YOU MUST MAKE IT ON TIME”!!!! That is, guys, your lights are going out, your guests are already in uncomfortable position, but they still have to adapt to you??? In force majeure, you can deviate from the regulations, but apparently the employees don’t want to use their brains.
As a result, at 4 it started to get dark, by the time my sister arrived (it was around 5:30 pm it was already completely dark and the house was cool), they came to light the fireplace (thanks to this guy, he was as polite as possible and was generally not doing his job) and said “lucky - it will flare up, because the chimney may be damp.” We waited until 18.00 - there was no light, that is, we spent the whole day without the opportunity to drink tea, cook or heat food (even the soup from the restaurant could not be heated), we went to the toilet under the lanterns, the sauna does not work, the phone dies and there is no way to charge it on the spot.
We went to the reception to demand a refund of the next day that we booked and spent, because the purchased services were not provided, in the cold, without food and light, we could have sat at home. To which we were refused, they offered compliments at the spa and a discount on the next reservation (as everyone understands, it is unlikely that we will return here), move to 2 rooms (since there were 6 people with us). Well, we booked the cottage not to sit in the room, but after such a disregard for it, we already wanted home. Because the girls at the reception don’t make decisions, they accepted applications for a refund and said the manager will contact you TOMORROW, and guess what? They beat us up!)) Purely in Rhapsodic style))
Due to the fact that our vacation and impression of your recreation center was spoiled and so boorishly ignored, I promise that we will not leave you alone)
We left almost at 21.00, there was no light, we were getting ready in complete darkness, a lot of food was lost without a refrigerator
P.s.
If you know about the planned work, you could move in advance to a cottage that had light, organize meals and stock up on candles, lanterns, check the fireplaces
But since Rhapsody is only interested in earnings, and not quality, they simply put a huge screw in, showed their callousness and lack of interest in the comfort of their guests!

Relaxed several times at this hotel. Their advantages - chic territory, lake with and white sand (but swimming in it is prohibited. According to the locals because of the sewers). The restaurant's a good kitchen. That's where the upside ends.
1. Cleaning. They used to clean every day, bring water to the room, change the laundry. Lived 4 days, no cleaning. I asked cleaning lady number one to vacuum. She refused, said her case - change the linen and towels. Called the front desk, asked me to clean up for once. I'm told the rooms don't vacuum anymore (!), but if you really want to... Cleaner number 2 penalized for baby stuff on the floor: - will you clean?! Or should I vacuum around?
Then she betrayed:
They're actually fined for dirt like that in the room!
So the cleaning (!) reproaches the dirty room. Yeah, I imagine going to the local beautician, there's a pool massage in the basement, proudly called the spa, and I'm told, you've had a terrible one.
The accommodation manager apologized, the cleaner vacuumed a little. Left a stain on the floor, rubbish behind the couch. I had to call the cleaner again. Eventually the room was removed. It involved locking up three people, chanting twice, burning a bunch of nerve cells.
2. Poor treatment of children with disabilities. When I approached the front desk, I had my youngest son with me, a severely disabled man. Polina's manager and Alexei's senior manager told him to "take him out because he's getting in the way." I can't leave the baby in the room because he needs constant supervision. The employees, however, saw him only as an obstacle to their comfort. They offered to check out of the hotel early with a refund. I understand the sight of a disabled person is a hindrance to some, but we also need somewhere to rest.
By the way, disabled parking is not provided at the hotel either.
3. Every day at the restaurant it's a wedding or a banquet. Noisy, you can hear everything perfectly in the hotel. Relaxing in silence is not here. The cottage was better. We're definitely not sleeping until 11 p.m.
4. Children's animation. According to the schedule, there are a lot of activities for the kids. Don't believe it. My oldest daughter is a fan of the board game Sleeping Queens. It was announced that there would be this game on the restaurant terrace at 3.30pm. My daughter waited all day. There was not a soul on the terrace at the stated time! The administrator said:
They're probably at a kids club.
It's empty, too. Called the animator Lyudmila on her cell phone - not a subscriber. I understand it's young, swimming in the lake is more enjoyable than working. But they actually get paid for it.
5. What's called hutzpah in Hebrew. But the next day, when I spoke out about the absence of an animator, I was told,
There was animation yesterday, lots of kids!
My jaw fell off. Apparently, me, my child and the administrator had a massive hallucination.
6. After I was accused of lying, I warned the staff I'd be filming everything. Senior manager Alexei became nervous and promised to call the Russian Guard. Yeah, I'm in their way. Since I have the right to shoot in a public place, I should have said yes. Let the police tell them that.
7. The food is pretty decent. But delivery from the restaurant to the room is up to 1.5 hours, another half hour to call the restaurant. They often forget to put appliances, drinks, ice cream. Small things, but also customer attitude.
Overall, I really like it.
Karelian isthmus in July. But the collective farm service kills everything. Sometimes you wonder where young people get this scoopy attitude towards customers? It's worth 20,000 for four a day, plus about 10,000 meals. With that money, you can find something more adequate. And my only fault was that I wanted room cleaning (which is preconceived) and animation for the kids (which is stated). I don't know why a nice hotel once deteriorated so dramatically.

The worst service in the last 10 places we've been in Lenoblast.
Beautiful nature, good breakfasts, good nursery.
We rented 3 houses different with friends, ours was the oldest and smallest, but so is God.
They asked me to change my bed after the first night-- the phone said it was a paid service.
I said we had to do our thing then, if the baby peed three times a night, would we pay for every shift?
I was told you couldn't have mine.
Later, the manager didn't confirm the information.
The linen was changed for free.
At the reception we had a very rude conversation on the phone while booking, but we decided not to emphasize it.
Then again on the phone, Olga's girlfriend (who was asked to introduce herself, and she replied, "I don't have to introduce myself") said that you can't bring your own cake to the baby's restaurant because it's unlikely to be stale.
Guests were planned and 2 houses were booked from Thursday to Sunday for the birthday just in time.
The information about the ban on the cake was also not confirmed in the manager's later opinion. Administrator Olga was judged to be rude, and she continued to do so personally. Check-out 24.11 around 3:00 p.m. can be viewed by camera.
The waiter was rude at breakfast.
The cleaner of a 3-year-old child did not allow to take water in the main building when she put water in the rooms (as rudely), sent it to the reception. The reception said they couldn't give water, just for a fee. (The cabin gets water for free at the same time, it was just a long way from the main building and we were leaving the playroom).
i.e. because of a bottle worth 30 p, , we were rude by the cleaning lady and at the reception did not even try to find a solution to this simple issue.
It's not a service. Staff are not trained by the word at all.
In an empty restaurant, again, not in cute shape at all, they reprimanded the children because they run.
Guys, even asking the kids not to run can be asked in different ways.
All issues are resolved by mouth and banning the cake could offer another solution.
Or apologize, explain that there's no water, but they can organize it for a while.
No. The brains of the staff are not set up to do well and enjoyably for the customer to take care of the customer's comfort.
I'd be very offended as the owner of this place that you built nice, even very pleasant guest houses in a beautiful place. But the STAFF are smashing all the pleasant impressions of this place.
Manager Anna is the first person not to be rude to us from the staff and try to apologize. We approached her before we left.
Waiting for the promised cashback, which should arrive within 45 days , for reservations of 3 days or more.
Change your staff, train, change your customer relations. There are a lot of competitors around you that you lose extremely badly to in the service.

In July 2024 they rested at the Forest Rhapsody Hotel.
Rhapsody of the Forest is a fairy tale,
It smells like conifer all year round,
With the branches playing merrily,
This is where the pine trees hold the skyline.
And the lake beckons,
It invites you to swim.
Heal the soul, heal it,
It's like heaven.
And the buffet is that deity,
A gastronomic miracle!
Delicious food is such a patchwork,
There's a choice for any stomach.
Once in Rhapsody,
She won't forget.
She's like a deity,
She's like a miracle!
