+ Very friendly and genuinely helpful owner (or manager, not sure), speaks pretty much fluent English. Premises are really clean and reasonably spacious. Free Wi-Fi works like a charm. Lots of free car parking space. Overall amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend it. - The walls are quite thin and there might be noise from outside, from people shopping at the big liquor store next door.
